Birchleaf padded over to a ton by the name of Smudgepelt and waited until he was done with a mouse he was gobbling down. She tried her best not to grimace, but his manners weren't exactly... Great.

Once finished with his mouse, Smudgepelt discarded the bones and turned to the she-cat. "Hello, Birchleaf~ how did things go with Thistlestar?" he asked, sitting up straight.

Birchleaf smiled,"Great!! We're mates now, he's going to tell Rainfeather as soon as he sees her. " she purred
