Harley kind of looked away at Jinx's words to Ryker.'Glad I don't have to deal with with mates and mating packs....'He liked her for sure.But how much?Harley knew he had to find a mate for mating season,but nobody liked him.The wolf he liked, Journey, had left and found another mate.Who, was dying at this moment."I have to go.Now." Harley said suddenly getting up and leaving.


"He's worked up." Luna said after Harley left."Let him simmer or stew.Something's bothering him and I bet it's got to do with mating season." She looked around at all the wolves, some in love,some with crushes, and some just watching the lovebirds.What a pack, Luna thought."It's a rough time of year but if this pack can survive it together, we can survive anything."

"I suppose that much is true, but the pack is still... fidgety about it, I guess." he responded, flicking an ear. After Kanen's interruption, he sighed, "Looks like another hunting injury. Oooohhhh, goodie......." Sniffing over the wolf Kanen had ever-so-kindly dropped in his vicinity, it was obvious that he wasn't in good shape.

She gave him a stern look,and nodded for jinx to get some of the extra fur from the deer."I need it to stitch his cut,or he could bleed to death." She had some we leave and moss left in her torn up sachet,she wrapped it around the big wound in his leg until Jinx got the fur.

She stood up at Kanens glance and ripped a price of thigh skin off and trotted to her and sat down "did I say something that hurt Harleys feelings?" She asked looking to Luna

"Thanks."She took her rusty old needle and sewed his loose skin together."He should be fine,and I will put some cold leaves on his head,he should wake up pretty soon I hope." She smiled because she was proud of her work,she took the extra bandages and covered the smaller cuts,and she was done.

She stood up at Kanens glance and ripped a price of thigh skin off and trotted to her and sat down "did I say something that hurt Harleys feelings?" She asked looking to Luna

"Before I hurt your feelings let me tell you that Harley is a sensitive,sensitive soul. He might have been a bit disturbed by the mentioning mating season, and pushed to his max. by what you said. Take no offense." Luna said softly to Jinx. She listened to other wolves conversations that were happening next to her.
