I keep thinking, I'll show off my new makos once the next one is done, and then I just end up waiting for more makos. I've had so many breedings and trades recently. I'm still waiting on a few more, but I thought I would finally show off all my new babes and look for some roleplays/potential mates!

Amaranth || 23 || male || homoromantic/sexual || religious deity figure

This is Amaranth. He lives with my mako Ariel, in a world where the two are regarded as pseudo deities, one the reincarnation of the Moon, and the other the Sun. They don't have any powers, but are mostly figureheads of a long running tradition. They spend most of their days inside a walled temple.
On the surface Ammy seems soft spoken and shy, very elegant and proper, and a little simple. However in private, he's got a quick wit and a sharp tongue and isn't afraid to cut people down with a well executed glare. He get's flustered easily in the face of genuine kindness, and even though he hates to admit it, he can get quite attached to people. He's very protective of Ariel, who he sees as a sibling.


Cato || 20 || genderfluid (usually he, sometimes they) || androromantic/pansexual || art student

Cato is the life of the party. He loves to hang out with friends and have a good time. He's good looking, and he knows it. He's a huge flirt, and more than a little promiscuous. His parents were sad when he left home to study abroad, but he has an artist soul like his dad Laurent, and a bit of wanderlust. He's studying art at a college in France, and is fascinated by his major. Sometimes he can get very self conscious about his work however, and often develops low self esteem in the middle of a project. These are the times he becomes most sociable, and slightly reckless, in an attempt to find validation in others.


Hades || ??? || male || ??? || King of the Underworld, owns a nightclub

Hades is the King of the Underworld, and brother to Persephone. He gets bored easily, and amuses himself spending time amongst humans, who he finds fascinating. He owns a successful nightclub called Elysium, and generally spends his time doing whatever he finds fun and pleasurable. He's an epicurean, and definitely a sugar daddy.
He can often be found bothering his brother, who just wants to live a quiet life with his husband. Despite Hades wild lifestyle, he cares deeply about his family, more than anything. He loves his nephew Lovell, and babysits when he's free.


Greyson || 24 || male || ??? || librarian

Greyson is the son of Eddie and Waylon. He did not grow up in your average household. His family is all slightly crazy. Both his parents had a strange relationship that he recognized early on as not being normal. His worst fear is becoming like his father Eddie, who was often in an out of hospitals. He's not close to his twin, who was always fighting him in defense of their father. In response to his home life he became a bit quiet, reserved, and aloof. His way of speaking can be blunt and clinical, and he doesn't develop many close relationships. He has issues with germs, and while it's not a full blown phobia, he's always wearing gloves, and dislikes being touched on his bare skin.


Einan || 23 || male || homoromantic/sexual || fortune teller

Still working on his character a bit. He's a fortune teller, and despite his reputation for delivering bad news unflinchingly, he's quite popular. He always seems to have a smile on his face, and loves going out on the town and being with friends. Even though he predicts the future for a living, he believes everyone is the master of their own fate.

Meet Derrick and Dawson!


Derrick is very competitive with his younger brother (by only ten minutes), despite his little brother being very skittish and nervous. Derrick likes to think of himself as a type of tough guy, think of Dallas Winston from The Outsiders. He's much like Dirk, except much more rebellious and gets himself into a lot of trouble.


Dawson is always by Hal's side, seeing as the latter nearly lost his son during the birthing process. He's more easygoing when he's around his father, but alone he's a nervous, skittish mess. He has a hard time with doing things on his own, he prefers having help from those he trusts.

I NEED HELP WITH SHIPPING MY OWN MAKOS WITH EACH OTHER!
Since I'm gonna be super busy over the Summer with lots n' lots traveling, I figured I'd try to ship some of my own Makoatls with my own Makoatls to make things a little easier. I'd love to get some advice as to who, personality-wise AND design-wise, you think would go together well [I love crazy ships too so don't be afraid to think outside the box.] You're totally allowed to come up with multiple. Eventually, I'll decide on who I think I'd have fun writing as a couple.

Chae is a man from the swamp, and what he does in the swamp... you don't want to know about.


Unintended has a very rough sense of self. He's been passed from family to family, sometimes staying with Eddie and his family, sometimes ending up with Vaas, and sometimes at Lestat's side. He has a hard time trying to figure out who or what he's supposed to be and can't seem to settle into any family's niche. He hasn't been able to bond with anyone, really, and just keeps his distance. Mostly feels like someone looking from the outside in when it comes to his families. Wishes he understood his place in life, but just doesn't.


Narkos knows exactly how to manipulate almost anyone he comes across. He's taken up Vaas's line of work on Rook Island. He's almost exclusively temperamental. When he's not angry and yelling obscenities, he's laughing until he cries, and crying until he laughs. Narkos is the very definition of unstable. If you're ever on Rook Island and you run into an androgynous person crying about being on the run from local pirates, run. Narkos loves to play with tourists and drag them into his own personal hell. He inherited the worst of his three parents (Eddie's anger, Vaas's instability, and Lestat's dramatic flare) and is an actual monster in the flesh.


Narkos and Malo are best friends and while Narkos handles one half of the business on of Rook Island, Malo handles the other. He's very protective of his family and doesn't really have friends outside of it.


Asphxia is a powerful researcher for a global superpower, often blurring the lines between ethical and unethical. In a fit of rage he abandoned testing on living subjects and turned to testing on himself. His own experiments have altered his eyesight, given him horns, and caused certain parts of his body to be more translucent than others and his bones to shine through. If you get close enough you can even see his heart beating-- but due to his temper, we don't recommend that. He doesn't remember his daughter or ex-mate due to the experiments that have scrambled his brain.


Harpsichord is an astrologist, fortune teller, and writes for a local newspaper in his free time. He spends a lot of time alone but it doesn't much bother him. He lives with a small coven of cats that he's named after constellations.

His name is Sokanon, which is Native American (Algonquin) for rain.

I feel he has a connection to studying the solar system and understanding the movements/developments of star/planets and such. Soka is a free-heart, always trying to go over his head to do more then what is expected. He loves to learn and study, but hates being watched or have a strict schedule. Things are best if you let him decide!

Lee is a very optimistic and mellow guy, not often speaking up around others about things and lets things slip by him that he doesn't really care about. He is very lazy and doesn't really do much with himself.
