The brown classic tabby's mood was lightened as he saw that Dewpaw was no longer acting grumpy. "I'm an intelligent furball," he mewed quietly as he flicked his striped tail nonchalantly. Cedarpaw watched Dewpaw as she walked across the clearing. He watched as she glanced up from her meal and felt like something was out of place. "Dewpaw, are you alright?" The tom doubted that there was anything wrong, but he couldn't suppress the concern that he was feeling at the moment.

She had had a hard time sleeping, but she didn't mention that part. What's wrong with me? She asked herself. She certainly didn't like the feeling, but she tried to disregard it and keep eating.

The brown classic tabby watched the grey and white apprentice quietly as he listened to her speak. His ears pricked forward as he cast his green gaze towards the den where the herbs were stored. "Dewpaw, why don't you just go to the medicine cat's den? It's there for a reason," he said, replacing the concern in his voice with irritation. "Besides, we don't need to lose any apprentices due to their stubbornness," his tome changed to a nonchalant one. Cedarpaw was worried about Dewpaw, but he certainly wasn't going to let her or anyone else know that.

She groaned, but nodded. She opened her mouth to offer some form of argue, but closed it when she decided that debating wouldn't help anyone. "I'm going, I'm going. I just wanted something to eat first. Keep your fur on." She huffed slightly, but she wasn't annoyed at him; she was frustrated at what was going on with her head. She reached forward to take another bite, nose twitching slightly as she looked up at the striped male.

"you guess?" greypaw asked with a playful smirk. he turned his attention back toward the stream and gazed in the qater for some fish. the tom decided to try a new technique that he had only done a few times, because often it scared the fish away. greypaw jumped into the water, standing still until a fish came his way. bending his head under the surface, he opened his jaws and grabbed a hold of the fish before it managed to slip out. with a sigh, the apprentice went back onto land and shook out his long grey pelt, which was in fact dragging him down. "well it was worth a shot... but i think i'll stick to staying on land." he muttered under his breath and turned back to the water after his pelt was more dry.

Thornpaw hooked out a fish with his claw. He was not the best, but he was only half trained.

he was impressed as thornpaw simply pulled out a fish. "nice catch, thornpaw." greypaw praised the younger apprentice politely. he did the same and hooked out a couple more fish, tossing them onto the pile after killing them first. the pile was beginning to become large. greypaw was uncertain if they could carry it all back to camp...
