Sunstar watched Hazelcloud hurry away. She sighed. Why did you have to call her away now? She silently asked StarClan. She shook her head and turned to the medicine cat apprentice. "Can you handle this?" She asked, nodding towards Foxpaw. "I think he's becoming conscious again anyways," she padded over to him. "Foxpaw? Can you hear me?" She repeated his name again. "Foxpaw? Foxpaw?"

He weakly turned his head to face Sunstar and rasped, "Yes?" His tail flicked behind him as he panted, tired from nearly drowning.

Birdfeather
"Thinks he can beat me? Ha! I'll show him," she muttered and prowled along the murky ground. Soon, she had spotted a crow pecking at the ground. Bunching up her hind legs, she leaped, barely missing the prey. With a quick blow she stunned it and swiftly delivered the killing bite.

Sunstar sighed with relief. "You're okay," she breathed, her anxiety quickly fading. "Let's get you back to camp. The sun's already set." She looked up at the moon, glistening on the horizon. She turned to Dawnpaw. "Think he can be moved?"

Hawkclaw spotted a mouse, and pounced, killing it. He buried it, then padded farther along. He spotted a crow, and leaped on it, missing it by a whisker. It let out a squawk of alarm, before he jumped up and grabbed its neck. Hawkclaw jerked his head, killing it. He buried the bird next to his mouse, then padded off again.

Scenting the air, she buried the crow before following a trail and quickly dispatched a shrew. Its mate squeaked in alarm before hiding, living for yet another day. The she-cat placed some leaves and dead grass on the shrew to hide its body before padding away.

She had been staring out into the clearing, in her tree. She blinked when Birdfeather appeared. "Hey! What are you doing?" She asked cheerfully. It was a seemingly nice day, she was bored and wondered if she could help the lovely she-cat.
