The apprentice felt himself stir, the sunlight awakening him. He let out a sneeze, twitching his ears in annoyance. He stood up, walking out of the cool den and into the threatening sun. He felt himself immediately heat up, cursing his dark spots. He sat down on his rump, quickly grooming himself rather quickly.

Shadeberry made it back to the camp, his usual flirty expression on his face. He sat down, grooming his multi-colored fur carefully before looked around the clan. Lots of she-cats, not enough toms~ he joked, cracking a grin.

Cinderleaf sat in the camp. She sat in the shade of a large tree. A light breeze blew through her fur keeping her cool despite the heat of the day.
