All that time of torture, just to bring a psycho back so he could kill dragons from all the tribes all over again. What sane queen would bring that back? Why risk your own life being wiped away by a multi-tribe lunatic? "Seriously Pharaoh, I'll be fine," she protested. "They won't capture me again. Right now, we need to focus on taking down Foreseer so she can't side with him."

(I suppose Rift can be following Pharaoh and Snowstorm. Do you need a recap for him?)

A few of them were of him and another dragon shaking hands, but the hybrid was smiling wickedly and the one next to him was screaming in agony. What sort of price was that dragon paying, exactly, and what for? "I feel like he'd just betray her... Or worse." He traced the carving, pulling away and looking at a few others. "Do you want to risk capture just so that we can take her down? She might just end up dying from the hybrid, and he can do our dirty work..." But he might not, his mind countered. And then Phyrria will surely fall.

(Basically Snow and Pharaoh ditched Chaoscaller, then went into a tunnel system that led from under the water to the mouth of the volcano, where they found the soldiers and prisoners building extra parts of the fortress inside it. They escaped unseen, and went into another tunnel by the massive wall that led into a huge hall with carvings, that used to be a weaponry room or armory. They started to leave, but fell through a hole in the entry tunnel that led to more underground. There Snow and Pharaoh found carvings of the - heh - hybrid.)
