It is possible that a Bengal kept as an outdoor cat could have mated with a stray or someone else's outdoor cat and produced a litter.
Although it is irresponsible to keep an unfixed cat as an outdoor cat, there things happen.
a pure bengal is expensive I don't think someone is just going to let their expensive cat outdoors
not try to be rude just a thought
I actually know someone who keeps their two Bengals as outdoor cats, but I think that they are fixed.

They got them from a registered breeder with papers? if they got them from a pound might not be a bengal.
Yup, they are proven pures, I have seen them and she got them as kittens.

A lady from my mum's work keeps her Bengals as outdoor cats. Nothing wrong with it, as far as I can tell. It's up to the owner if they want it kept as an outdoor cat or an indoor cat. My cats are outdoor cats, but can come indoors whenever they want (granted, Lenney and Pickles tend to sleep indoors for most of the day - they are 15 years old, so I don't blame them). It's purely up to what the owner wants and whether they want to risk it. Personally, I've never heard of people taking cats like they do with dogs. But that's just me.

I know plenty of good breeders that show their Savannahs and Bengals they would never want one of their kittens as outdoor cats an outdoor enclosure sure but not left outdoors. Often times good breeders will have owners sign a contract that says the cat will be kept as an indoor pet and still would like updates on them.

We shouldn't go to the outdoor/indoor cat topic, it has almost gotten this thread locked multiple times.
The person I know keeps her Bengals as outdoor cats, because she used to live pretty much in the middle of nothing (Finland has a lot of these kind of places). So when she moved into a suburb, she had to keep them as outdoor cats, because it would not be fair to suddenly lock the cats up and it would probably lead into a lot of issues. My cat is an indoor cat, because we live next to a road (not a very busy one though) and I would not risk his life. I do take him out in a harness though, but I keep a close eye on him.

What's the point of warning people not to get on the indoor/outdoor debate then continuing to talk about it?
I will never support outdoor cats with the small exception of barn cats for people who have livestock. Cats do too much damage to native wildlife.

Haha, I did not mean to continue it, I was just explaining why they are outdoor cats and then mentioning why mine in contrast is an indoor cat. :'D Sorry if I caused a misunderstanding there.

Still seems hypocritical to me but whatever.
