No, it isn't fair CX
Plus, it depends in weather they only pay attention to rarities or f they pay attention to rarity and dates. To them, it may be fair, but considering date, no it's nit very fair.

I would change the first one to a dog. Demand wise horses don't have the best demand compared to their dog/cat counterparts.

Second one is pretty up to you an your partner. Some desperate people would pay for probably triple what you offered or more. So thats up to you two
