I'm going to do this as well, sounds like a fun challenge.

Also, if anyone want Shiny Pokémon with six perfect IVs, I can get them, it just takes the right knowhow. Just a warning, all these Pokémon will start at level 1(unless you would like me to evolve them to their final form, which I will gladly do) and the only move they will know is Hidden Power

I think it makes sense since similarly if you switch a Pokemon that used Mean look or has Shadow Tag, the effects disappear. ^^ It's probably why the weather animation doesn't disappear as well, since keeping a Pokemon out with Cloud Nine only prevents the effects but doesn't disable the weather.
