according to "the" rares list, the green and yellow toxic are right under the UR dog and red toxic. I'd say there overpaying a bit.

for #2, according to "the" rares list, the non-jewel is higher then the joker, because it is above the big gap and it is the 6th pet down. I would say they are overpaying, even though that is a re-release.

edit - for #3, the non-coon is equal to the non-jewel, plus they added a zodiac dog which is in high demand currently. I think they should just remove the '13 common and it would be fair.
