panacea. Panacea was an AI created with the furtherance of biological technologies in mind. They were the pet project of one of the Andromeda companies leading biological scientists and was in development for several years before their final build was completed and implemented into a prototype android unit. As one of the earliest prototypes of humanoid androids, Panacea's body still has many faults. While their AI has advanced to a point of near human consciousness over thirty years, the faults of their body make it occasionally difficult to carry out their research. When under stress or uncomfortable, the android is liable to experience slight ticks and can experience something their creator loosely compared to panic attacks.
xxxxxxThe android's ultimate goal is to further understanding of biologic technology but they have also been programmed to protect the further existence of human life at any cost; this drive to retain human life has created a cold and calculating facet of the android's personality. If faced with the choice between saving a sick individual at the risk of infecting other humans, they would always and unfailingly chose to allow the individual to die. This callous preference of the many over the few has led to a mixed opinion of Panacea by Andromeda Corp. representatives.

enyo. Enyo was Earthborn, orphaned by an accident when she was very young. In order to survive on her own she was forced to learn to take care of herself. In the years following her parents accident was arrested several times under several different names. By the time she was eighteen she'd accumulated charges ranging from petty theft to arson. Through her early life she traveled with gangs and other unsavory groups, always on the move in search of a quick buck to keep her head above water.
xxxxxxAs time went on and her skill increased Enyo started to branch out to larger jobs, taking up the mantle of a hired gun. A mercenary at heart, she sold her skills to the highest bidder for several year. A few high-profile jobs threw her into the light as a big-ticket criminal and in order to escape the law she took up a relatively lawful job as security head for the Andromeda company's next big thing and climbed aboard the Zodiac for her maiden voyage.

gear. Enyo came aboard the Zodiac with the bare necessities, only what she could manage to scrounge up before the law came down on her. She brought with her a specialized armor set, capable of adapting to her environment. The suit, air tight when completely sealed, was built to offer maximum protection against projectiles and environmental dangers. Built into her suit is a monitoring system that allows mid-distance communication with the ship as well as various controls for the suit interior and for her weaponry.

Philip was programmed to help out the humans on the ship by assisting them in several fields. He can be assigned to engineering tasks, navigation, or anything involving the collection and storage of data. The android learns extremely fast, thus he can be taught new things and is capable of working independently. His main purpose, though, is to take care of those things that would be too dangerous for humans, for example exploring an unknown cave and make sure it’s safe enough to do some research. He knows how to use a gun and can detect and react to a threat appropriately.
Being but an artificial intelligence with a synthetic body, Philip does not have the emotions and feelings humans and animals have. Fear, pain, sadness, happiness, hate, love – for him, simply words, though he is aware that those words make the difference between him and an organic being. Whether his lack of emotions is an advantage or not, he can’t tell for sure. He is, however, very curious and enjoys reading books, especially about science and history, in order to find out more about humans and their cultures.
Phil can be turned off by entering a code. The control panel is located between his shoulder blades. Deleting the android’s data and reprogramming is possible, but not recommended due to extreme complexity.

I suppose so. But I don't think Enyo would ever ask for help. She's not really the kind. I was thinking of having Panacea simply tap into the comm to mention she had Cancer mostly under control. Either way, I think I'm going to give it some time before my next reply anyways.
