What do they have to remove to make it fair? (Including demand of their Pets)

The UR Bee and the Galaxy would be more than enough. Since the BW doesn't seem to have the best demand. Demand for the BW would be different probably less than that depending on what it can get.

Okay but what + Non-Swirl Moon Dog would be fair?

the bee and beg would not be fair by rarity, demand is a matter of opinion so that might not be enough depending on the user
But the nonswirl plus the coontail/bee/july pps and a high toxic would be fair for the butterwolf by rarity. Its unlikely to go for a 100% fair trade though

agreed that the apple is worth more
but the bottom is worth a high advent, even including demand I wouldn't rate it so high as a mid september. Those cats go for overpay but not quite that much ^^

The apple should be able to get at least a highest tier septembers worth
