Technically it's unfair to you. I've seen people offer roughly the value of your side of the trade for those store pets - but that doesn't make it fair necessarily. :) It looks like that user is accounting for some of the upper end of demand on the store pet. It's up to you whether or not you feel it's really worth it but personally I think it's too much - I would say unfair to you. :)
