Pravo und Zliva: Schadenfreude sisters

Pravo and Zliva noticed Jakub. They could tell that there was a large amount of magic. They gave Shia and Ferondir a wink as they backed away. From under her cape, Pravo pulled out the chipped off piece of the Twilight mirror as she gave it to the mirror. It magically fused back together, opening the portal once again. They gave everyone a small sarcastic salute consisting of only two fingers. "See ya later fish mama, and Ferondir, this isn't over."They said that right as Ferondir teleported everyone away. The sisters turned into dust, teleporting to the twilight realm once again.

Pravo and Zliva looked behind them to the portal that slowly faded, the mirror itself wasn't broken, but it most likely was under the lava from the explosion. "I guess we will have to go find the other ones... Maybe we will pay the monarchy a visit on our way there? Zliva suggested. With that said, Pravo's eyes gleamed.

"Really Zliv?! Do you really mean it?" Pravo spun around her sister with excitement. Zliva simply chuckled and snapped her fingers, Pravo holding her arm. A portal appeared above them, warping to the Twilight Palace Plaza.

As they appeared, the Twili that walked around the plaza stopped in their tracks and looked towards the sisters. Pravo and Zliva replied with a smile. A rather tall Twili walked up to them, looking down upon them in silence. He stood there for a couple of seconds. Before emanating a small noise, which could be mistaken for a small whimper. The sisters let out a genuine smile. "Yes, it is great to be back. but we must go soon, we are only looking for one thing." Once they finished that last sentence, the Twili bowed to them and stepped back.

The sisters continued on, entering the palace. They walked down the hall decorated with flags symbolizing the Twili kingdom. Every Twili they passed they greeted with a small and rushed, yet still respectful bow. They made a turn as they entered a large library. Both of them separated, browsing bookshelves on different sides of the room.

"Hey! I found it!" Pravo quietly cheered, gesturing for Zliva to come to her. As Zliva did so Pravo took out a rather regular sized book, the cover decorated with glowing, bright blue Twili wiring. The light coming from it was so bright that you could see the color appear on the sisters faces. They opened the book, reading the contents; thankfully the words were written in regular pen.

Hours passed as they read the contents. When finally, they closed the book. Pravo let out a yawn and sat on the ground, curling up to the bookshelf. Zliva looked to her sister, letting a small smile creep on her face. "C'mon Pravo, just one more thing to do, then we can sleep." Zliva sat down on her knees, in front of Pravo. Pravo only let out a nod.

Zliva placed the book in front of her, placing a hand on the book. Pravo did the same, straightening her posture. The light that was once in the book began moving up there arms in jagged lines. Each turn it made was a perfect 90 degree angle. Eventually the lines made it up to their shoulder, then their neck and finally it spread across their face. Both of them closed their eyes. The glowing lasted a few minutes, soon enough, it faded. The book no longer had the light it once had.

Pravo and Zliva let out a small laugh as they fell to the ground with laughter. "I can't believe it, Zliv! We actually know this spell now. Thank you to who gave up their magic so we could now posses this power." She clasped her hands together, looking to the ceiling. She sat up, taking a break from her laughter. Pravo looked over to her sister, her smile grew when she saw Zliva laying down, but she was levitating in midair. Striking a dramatic pose.

"Oh, Pravo. Those explorer's got away from us. Whatever shall we do?!" Her voice was loud and full of sarcasm. Zliva floated upright. Pravo joined her in the air, they moved towards one other, holding their hands together. They looked each other in the eyes before Zliva nodded. "That's right, they need us. Fish mama is there, certainly a 'threat' to them being under our control. Not to mention Shia will die without us fixing the rogue magic. I say we are doing just fine." A menacing smile appeared on their faces. Pravo looked to the book as it began levitating towards her, it floated in between them as it soon turned to dust. This was the next step in their plan. It may have been sidetracked by a over-dramatic penguin, but that is no problem. They would be successful nonetheless.

"W-war?" Sapphire couldn't believe what she heard. She wanted to hide. When has that helped me... or even actually worked... She decided she was not going to hide. Hiding is what made it so she couldn't save Amethyst, as far as she was concerned. She looked across the desert. I hope we get somewhere less scorching hot, though. "We should find somewhere to go, standing here can't be helpful."

Shinceon

From where he was he could see that Jakub was charging extremely powerful weapon so dove under the lava hoping that that would be enough to protect him. After Jakub shot, he came back up to see the skull of the dead dragon skull teleported away and the sisters leave him behind. The Zora sighed as they disappeared and guessed that he should probably meet up with the adventures as he started to climb up the rim of the volcano.

Day 8 (Late Morning)/Veneficus/156/Where: Death Mountain/With: Everyone

Boom.
An explosion was heard faintly in the distance. It wasn't very loud where they were, but the sheer intensity of it indicated that it was large. Veneficus looked around to see where it could've come from. His gaze stopped when he saw Castle Town. There was a large cloud of smoke coming from a large building on the side of it, and debris was falling off of the edge of the cliff near the explosion. Guzore looked over and saw the destruction.
Oh! What happened?
Veneficus sighed.
I'm afraid Telbar-er, that Bordix man we just saw, has made his way to Castle Town to obtain the last ingredient for the Fused Shadow, Shadow Crystals, which are only known to be found in the Castle Town treasury.
Guzore stared in disbelief.
We need to get to the Badlands before those ingredients do.
Veneficus pointed at the purple mountains that lay across the desert.
Those are the Badlands, the home of the Bordix.
Guzore rubbed his head in confusion.
How do you expect us to travel down this mountain all the way to the desert that quickly, brother?
Veneficus was silent. He rubbed his chin in deep thought for a few moments.
We could fly.
Guzore looked at Veneficus with an even more confused look on his face.
Uh... Don't we need... you know... wings... to do that?
By the time Guzore had finished his sentence, Veneficus had already pulled out a golden whistle engraved with several symbols on it. He took hold of the lower hinge on his mask and pulled it forward. The nuts holding it onto the side of his mask made a clicking sound as it slid through it's locking mechanism. Moving it downward, Veneficus put the whistle into his now exposed mouth, covered by the shadow of his helmet. He blew into the whistle.
...
Suddenly, several Loftwings began to fly down and circle the volcano. Veneficus grinned, although the shadow made it difficult to see. He moved the lower section of his mask back up into it's secure locking position.
After all these years, it still works.
Guzore looked at the various colored birds flying around the wall of the volcano beneath the ridge they were on.
Your helmet or that whistle?
Veneficus laughed.
I've only had this helmet for about 60 years, so I'd be disappointed if it didn't still work. This whistle on the other hand... belonged to an old friend even longer ago.
After a brief moment of silence, Veneficus put the whistle back into his cloak, ran, and jumped off the edge of the ledge. Moments later, he rose up above the group riding an elderly-looking red Loftwing.
C'mon, guys! Jump off and follow me!
Guzore took into account the possibility of a long drop if he didn't make the jump, but then remembered that he was literally made of rock and would likely be fine even if a bird didn't catch him. He jumped off the edge of the ledge, (Hey that rhymed) and a loud squawk was heard from one of the birds below, followed by a loud apology. Two birds then flew upwards, each holding onto one of Guzore's arms.
This makes a lot more sense, now that I think about it.
(I'm automatically gonna transport everyone else to the next location on Wednesday or so, so if you haven't posted saying that you jumped onto a bird, I'm going to make your character do so.)

I've gotta be brave... everyone is watching. Sapphire jumped off the edge, her eyes closed. She felt a thump below her, and opened her eyes to see a green Loftwing beneath her. She held on tight, her hands grasping it's shoulders and her legs braced on it's sides. It seemed to follow where she lead it, and she waited for Veneficus to lead them away.

Journeyman Ferondir of Mira ~ Death Mountain ~ Shia, Zliva

Ferondir released the spell protecting his comrades and the red dome disintegrated.
It seemed any large debris had already fallen.
He sank to his knees, exhausted.
"...Follow me!"
He collapsed.
Ferondir heard the rustle of wings and felt himself pulled into the air.
His staff slipped from his grasp, and clattered to the ground.
(Could someone pick that up?)
All was vanta black.

Sapphire saw Ferondir collapse and drop his staff. She politely tapped her bird, and pointd to the staff, making sure it culd see her hand. The Loftwing saw the abandoned staff, and flew down to pick it up. It grasped it in it's talons, and went back up to it's previous spot, waiting for Sapphire's next request. She pet it happily.

Shiallia - Eldin Volcano - Everyone

Shia looked down at the birds, surprised. They're so pretty! She jumped off the ledge without hesitating, grinning. A sky blue loftwing caught her. She held on tight, though she didn't feel afraid.

Journeyman Ferondir of Mira ~ TOO D**N HIGH ~ Loftwings and various humanoids

Several minutes into their flight, Ferondir opened his eyes.
Upon realizing he was hundreds of feet off the ground, he freaked out and cursed for a solid thirty seconds before calming.
"Okaaaay. I'm fine. I'm just flying... again. No biggie." He laughed of nerves and looked up. "@$%&, that's a loftwing."
He hadn't noticed before, but he knew quite a lot of swear words.
He looked around for his staff. "Well... rocks."
He looked up at the creature again. "Hey, uh... do you mind if I maybe ride on your back?"
The bird dropped him.
He let out another string of curse words before landing somewhat heavily on the bird.
It had dived to catch him.
It flapped its wings, jostling him uncomfortably, and rose to join their comrades.
"Okay. We're all flying, I guess."
