welcome to the discussion thread! let me start by saying that this role-play was
inspired by the amazing books called survivors by my favorite authors, erin hunter.

please keep all thread talk related to the role-play and absolutely no fighting please! I h
ave the right to turn down any form or ask you to change anything. this is my role-play!
keep in mind that the ranks are specific. alpha is a large wolf hybrid, the patrol dogs are
large breeds, the hunters are athletic breeds, the scouts are medium-small breeds, the
omega is weakened in some way and is the "runt" of the pack, the strays are witty and h
ave to be fit to travel. I just don't want to have a yorkshire terrier being a patrol dog.

Loyalty runs deeply in Madge's veins, controlling her every movement. Above all, it ties her to her leader, binding her own fate to his without question. Any sort of harm looking to find him would be forced to go through the stolid female first, and she would not be an easy opponent to get passed.

Second only to him, Madge is loyal to herself. She does what is needed to keep her mind and body as healthy as it can be, which means behaving what could be deemed in selfish ways at times. And sticking to her opinions at all costs. However, the dog is incredibly capable, accountable, and honorable, protecting those in her charge without hesitation. Nothing seems to cause the dog any sort of panic, as she faces her enemies with a still face and a steady heart.

Unfortunately, despite her intelligence, which could easily be shared through the ranks, Madge is hard to approach because of her somewhat prideful and distant nature. She seems quite pious as she watches over the pack, though this is merely because she is sticking to her duties and has little time to socialize with others, responsibility weighing her down and bending her to its will.

Hudson's biggest influence was his kindhearted mother. She would soothe her only pup with stories of far-off places, of brave knights who saved others, and of worlds with enough food for every hungry mouth. It was these tall tales that pulled him through his chaotic life.

When his mother passed away, she remained in his vivid imagination, and the stories about her and where she went piled up until he had convinced himself that all dogs really do go to the place called Heaven. Mostly misunderstood by other strays, Hudson was often avoided on the streets because of his wandering mind. That is, unless they wanted something from him.

Filled with morals bestowed upon him from his late mother, Hudson would give up food for the other strays without question or thought, often skipping out on eating because of his selfless actions. It never bothered him, and it allowed him to escape the quarrels other strays seemed to be constantly in.

He remains alone, out of want and need. Hudson has trouble understanding the motivations of others, despite his wisdom of the natural world, and has even more difficulty using his voice, the quiet stutter heard only when absolutely necessary.

murdered innocent dogs
that were just looking
for food. so shiro
escaped one night, and
bumped into none other
than his own foster
father, satan. satan
fought him until shiro
found a route to run.
he ran, ran and ran
until finding the dogs
of the city, where he
was made an omega
because he couldn't
hunt or fight with his injuries.

his. before the big growl, buddy had a great life: a loving family that was found to be very entertaining at times, a big house with a big yard full of grass and flowers to play in, and a little boy that loved nothing more than his very own best friend, a dog. that little boy was jimmy, and he was the one that personally picked out buddy out of a litter of 4. the two pals grew up together, playing around and going to baseball practice nearly everyday. the parents didn't even mind when the two were found to be digging around in mother's garden. after the earth quake, though, the family was forced to leave their destroyed home and move onto other things. jimmy found all of this moving around too fun for his 7-year-old conscious, until he was forced to leave buddy tied to a tree. his parents urged him to leave him unleashed, fearing that he would starve to death on a leash, but jimmy insisted they tie him up, believing that buddy would be there for him when he returned. unfortunately, jimmy never did return like he said he would, and buddy was left to fend for himself. after breaking free of the constraint, the mutt was discovered by a ragtag group of dogs that took him in, where he now participates as a scout. though he lost all of his family and friends, buddy still carries around his "happy-go-lucky" personality willingly, always walking around with a smile and a skip in his step.
