the design is just... plain. there's nothing about it that stands out. it's dull coloured, the palette is extremely limited, and its a very common kind of design. it could use a lot more colour, or at least, some accessories that stand out. my suggestion would be to add an accenting colour at the least. i wish i could give you more to work with, but it's a very plain, unremarkable design. at least the colours all match? 4/10.

rosemary? all by me. the design is meant to look as natural as possible.



she's a fishing cat that is first mate to her captain on a pirate ship. she grew up fending for herself until joining the crew, and many of her scars are from that time rather than her time being on the crew. she wields a boarding axe and has mild knowledge of herbal remedies, and loves children.

8/10 perhaps some more defining marks? also, i'm totally biased, because pirates are awesome and also the design is really cute. for a pirate, the jewelry on her tail/back leg looks a little out of place, but you explained that because she likes kids, but just something to think about!


Mouat, an agender(they/them, she/her)...creature. (art, design, species by me) They have four ears (that smaller tuft is an ear) but they're sort of wip so I'm trying to figure out a good way to draw them. Also, they're supposed to be recognizable but simplistic; there will be a costume to be made of her, and I would rather have a simple design instead of incredibly complex. She's completely feral, so no talking or anything like that. also species name ideas?

alastor? by me. he's meant to look somewhat natural.



he's a nihilistic fortune teller who travels and uses his powers somewhat questionably. in some ways, he considers himself a vigilante, taking care of those who fate had yet to claim, and has far more power than any regular fortune teller. his orbs grant him some insight into the future, along with influence on those around him. it's not necessarily mind control, but a form of manipulation that may make someone hesitate, or make a different decision than they otherwise would have.

unnamed? this is still a big wip; i'd appreciate some advice on the colour pallete and what to do with the clothes tbh. they're simple now but i'm planning on adding more, i'm just not sure where exactly to go with it?? i'm also wondering whether to make the hair dark or leave it light ;;
