Hey guys it's been a minute since I posted anything here! My older username was gwen trix if any of you remember me ~
Sorry it'll be kind of a long post, I've obtained a couple new characters and art pieces since I was last around n.n

So first off I found that I have a lot of winged canine characters. Would anyone be interested starting a 'flock' so to speak? We could roleplay or just do art and stuff or whatever. I think it may be fun to just get a little group together of winged canines!

Secondly, I got this new angel babe. I have yet to name him, but he is by dogswithknives/ghuoyei on dA
I have a [fallen] angel character already named Seraphim, he is pretty in touch with the earthly/human world and thinks of himself as more human than holy being. I was thinking that this guy might be another fallen angel who was the opposite, and still believes himself more sacred.

I also drew this piece of him myself, it's given me some good practice on how to draw wings!


Thirdly, I got this babe from griffsnuff
Her name is Lovely, and she is indeed all that! I see her being a very kind natured soul and possibly some sort of flower gardener

TILL ALL ARE ONE ~ Fio looks like a super cutie. The information on Sundancers looks good. I would suggest taking out the part that females can retract their claws further. If the females have shorter claws than males, they wouldn't need to have claws like that (the claws would already be less in the way). Also with environments, Sundancers would probably have a hard time living in most types of forests due to limited mobility(it's less of their size, more that their wings could easily get damaged on branches) and it would be hard to hunt in it (flying above it would be fine though). They would also struggle with cold environments since it seems like they wouldn't have a way to keep their body heat from leaving.
It's hard to say how well they would fare as an adoptable here. People love dragons, but the species that get popular here are usually canine/feline species with lots of fluff.
Wings are super rad. I love the heavy variation within them.
Artifelus/Artifeli is super tempting for me to use.

ChaosCheesecake ~ Pride is adorable ;w; Is he a pride character for a certain sexuality/gender? I love that Baer has a group of adopted pups. How many does he watch over? Do you have any pups for him that aren't his species? Do all the members of his species look 'tough' and stocky or is that just how he looks?
Also, please make sure to give others feedback about their characters as well.

antler apathy ~ Why does Seraphim think he's more of a human than a scared being? Is it because he's so in touch with the human world? Your unnamed fallen angel is really pretty, I love his colours and multiple eyes ;w;. His first picture doesn't work, by the way. Do you have any idea why Lovely gardens flowers? She's such a cute design as well ;w; Is Nyxx just a canine or is she an angel as well?
She has a jar for a head since she has enough power to alter her form. She looks like a human when she isn't trying to look cool.

I drew more of my angels. This time, it's Ophiel and William. So this duo comes from Heaven (my OC universe has another place called Telchass) and wound up getting kicked out at different times (there is a pretty large time gap).

Ophiel is grudgingly is the head of Hell's Council (so he's kind of the ruler). He tries his best to make sure Hell is stable and it's residence aren't causing any serious damage to other worlds or to each other. Ophiel likes to think of himself as a pacifist even though part of his job is executing residents of Hell who break the major laws and anyone who challenges him for his position of being the head of Hell's Council. Him thinking that he's a pacifist is partially because he feels super guilty for having to hurt so many other angels to be where he is so he tries to limit how many others he hurts.
Like most angels/demons in Hell, he's super into wearing lots of jewelry. He's also secretly dating William.

William spends most of his time in his house or in his garden. He doesn't mind talking with others in small doses, but a lot of people don't want to talk about subjects he likes. Even though he doesn't need to, he eats all the time.
When Ophiel manages to find time to spend with him, they just chat until Ophiel falls asleep. William also likes braiding flowers into Ophiel's hair and regifting Ophiel jewelry he left during a previous visit.



Bane unwillingly works for my god of chaos, Setshi. While Setshi deals with minimizing preventable chaos (gods messing things up), Bane does small 'bad' things on his world to keep the chaos at a safe level. Usually, it's starting fires or stealing.

In a sorta AU I have with a friend, Bane's best friend is a nerdy god of death named Lance. In that AU, a small gross fish thing crawled out of Lance's castle moat and Bane decided to keep it as a pet. His name is Fido and he's a tiny idiot.


I got Ross art from chuluschus on dA. Every time I get art of her, the person drawing her thinks she's a boy, oh well. Better than her being drawn as super feminine.
She's my small, angry, half-shapeshifter.

I just want to apologize, I finished the OC band I was working on pretty much (thinking about giving them a female manager that has to watch over these 4 weird dudes lol), I will post them some time later when I work them out a bit more, here's just a pic if you wanna see. I'll post it again with info and everything once I work out the individual personalities and stuff.
I mainly came to say though that I can't do all of these things right now as I am having issues with my eyes and they hurt rather quickly when reading so I can't respond to everyone like I would like to :( I have to wait until it gets better, I'm also seeing a doctor about it soon. It's just too hard on my eyes to read and respond to all of these posts. I'll see you all when my eyes work properly again ;u; Until then I'm on a hiatus kinda thing around here.

QuantumNightmare ~ That piece of Furfur and Murmur is beautiful~ Was Furfur based off a particular angel or just the theme of one or did you just make the lore around him based off the name? Same thing with Murmur? I really love that you added the glowy tears/saliva and the wings to Nightmaere. It really makes them unique and pulls the whole design together. Plus, it will probably make for some really cool art when you get the funds. Do Tsuyoshi and Inurō ever get together?

Also, are you into mythology surrounding demons since Murmur and Furfur are some suuuuper unknown demons that really no one knows about?

Furfur's contest involved naming him after a fallen angel and I wanted to choose one who fitted the kind of personality and idea I had in mind for him. The Fallen Angel Furfur is a liar and keeper of divine secrets. Love me some goetic demonology.
Murmur came later, but I wanted a similar name to her brother. When I found out there was another goetic demon, Murmur the philosopher and and summoner of the dead, with an almost identical name I had to name her that!
My friend who owns Inu and I both firmly ship them and so far the plan is for them to actually get together in the next couple of chapters!~ I wanted to get her approval before I wrote the plot progressing but she keeps coming up with ship headcanons so no worries there XD

Mythology has been a special interest of mine since I was about 7? The more obscure the better. I read a lottt around my special interest subjects, and though my main focus was on the Celtic Faerie mythos I branched out into literally everything else soon after ^^;

QuantumNightmare - That Kiamara piece is amazing! The lighting is stunning! May I ask what is happening in that piece? Is there a story to it? | That new dragon dog OC looks pretty great! And the new ref you made for them looks amazing!

They both were found in that forest, Furfur as a child and Murmur much later as an adult. Most other Kiamaras stay far away from that place because they believe Furfur to actually be the Fallen Angel he is named after, given he was found in a pile of blackened feathers and is rumoured to have killed the pack that found him.
Murmur caused even more consternation, since she simply walked out of the forest one day, leaving a trail of bloodied feathers, and asked if anyone had seen her brother. The other forest dwellers didn't stick around to ask any more questions and now that forest is pretty much solely inhabited by the demon siblings.

quantumnightmare - nightmare looks super cool; i love their colour palette ! have you developed anything about them yet?

Thank you very much! (^\\\^) Nightmaere is an unique magical construct created from the last sparks of magic left when certain mythical creatures, in their case dragons and kitsune, die. They're basically a demon, in that they were first accidentally summoned when dragon blood and kitsune blood was mixed (a rare occurrence since neither are commonly defeated), and they thrive on the magic essence of other creatures, almost like a psychic vampire. Their glowing blood/saliva is infused with life essence, so they constantly need to renew it. Or at least, that's what I have so far. :0 They're not an evil creature though, more of a chaotic neutral. Very apathetic to most things but has to cause some discomfort/harm to survive. They're really just looking out for their own interests.

@TenMomentsTill — I love seeing all of your angel chars, it's always really exciting to see more characters from an already partially developed universe~ And ahh, that art of Ross is super cute. I know the charcter misgendering feel, people either draw my Folkvangr as male or female and then I just end up kinda floating over in the comment section and whispering 'theyyyyyy' because I don't wanna say anything too pointed about it but they're my v nonbinary persona and also an alien with no concept of gender ;0;
@TILLALLAREONE — Fio has a lovely design, I'm actually kinda surprised I like him as much as I do! :0 Thise arrow markings on his flanks really pull the design together; do his markings have any actual significance?

If you could meet an of your characters in real life, who would it be?
Uhhh... I think Gyr would actually kill me for what I've put him through in stories even though I love him. I'd say Tsuyoshi, because I kinda based him off my older cousin I don't see much anymore and I feel like he'd be super fun to hang out with.

And speaking of Gyr and Tsu... They both have new reference sheets at last, after being due them for a longggg time :0 Finally I can actually show them as how they should actually appear. I just couldn't look at those old refs anymore, and people kept drawing them wrong ;0;


I'm kinda flabbergasted at the improvement though? Like, Gyr's old ref was a year ago, and Tsu's is three years old? I didn't think I was improving?!?

@antler apathy: I love your idea of a "flock" of winged canines, I might end up designing one soon. Seraphim's design is such a beauty, I love the small accents of blue on his claws. The other fallen angel's design is darling, the multiple eyes and wings make him look so majestic. Also, is there a story behind all the goop coming from his mouth? Lovely is so beautiful! Her colors go great with all the light pinks and turquoise blues of her accessories! Also I adore your art btw...

@TenMomentsTill: Yes, pride is honestly a pride cat for all sexualities to me. And so far I have about 6 pups in his little pack and quite a few of them are baby hyenas and just stray dogs (he has a pug). And all members of his species look that way, especially pups, they're terrifying. How did Bane come to working for Setshi? Ross is so cute, I love her kind-of muted colors! And Bane's little fish-pet is really cute!

@QuantumNightmare: He's adopted six in counting. I'm in love with Gyr's wing pattern, reminds me of a snowy owl's wings. I also love how Gyr and Tsu are a mix of a lot of different animals, and their colors blend so well with the rest of them!

Lately I've been finishing up some icons of my charas in my free time so these are some of my favorites.


This is Static, they're pretty quiet, but if they want to communicate they can find a channel to show what they're feeling and they know sign language if they don't want to go to the effort of channel surfing. They're often confused by normal things and every-day conversation because their knowledge only extends to what may be playing on TV at the moment.


This is Hailey, she's a trans-girl and she, unlike Static is able to store knowledge beyond television shows and such, as she can listen and learn how to fit in to every-day talks and such. She is very bold and enjoys bright colors. Her tail is projected from a point on her back, and it usually resembles a shadow with larges eyes and mouth.


And last but not least, we have Xandria (pronounced Zan-dree-uh). She fits in with Gannon's storyline and helps him along his journey to upturn the tyranny of the one-eyes. She's quite short, and she doesn't often show emotion, she believes it gets in the way of her work. Even though she doesn't show it, she would sacrifice her life for anyone she loves and she's very protective.

If you could meet one of your characters in real life, who would it be?
Honestly, I'd probably meet Baer because he's such a big sweetheart and he's one of the only OCs I haven't put through terrible things.

Thank you! Faida is my baby girl and I am glad Chiyo now has a design, been trying to get her one for forever! As for friends, they are kinda in my own personal world and I am iffy about putting other people's chars in that world unless they are close friends. Sorry.

Fio is pretty cute, especially with his head stuck in the dirt like that XP | And interesting species, though they seem like common dragons. When going for a species that looks like just a normal dragon (Or whatever species) best thing you should do is to create a world or have a whole whack of lore to make them unique in that way or people will be less attracted to them.

So, not all people who do own slaves in the gangs treat them poorly?
No, in my world there are some nice masters, and even nice gangs. The gang my unnamed fella is leader of it one of the gangs who do not agree with having slaves and everyone is an equal in the gang and anyone who even suggests they are higher then other or can be cruel to the weaker gang members will quickly get put in their place by either my unnamed boy or Arrosa.

So do you have different little universes for your differing characters, or are they all meshed together in some kind of crazy-awesome 'verse?
Normally they are either in different universes, sometimes just different times. I will occasionally have them meet during random stories, but they generally stay in their own universes most times.

If you could meet any of your characters in real life, who would it be?
I would probably want to meet Hiroyuki! I would just love to cuddle my baby!

Cass is amazing! I got a character design, two revamps, and a headshot from them!
Firstly, for the design I got! She is a Canadian Lynx x Golden Tiger cross!
Her name is Sovanna, art by EmberWolf, design by cass of course!

She is part of the gang my Clouded Leopard x Tiger boy is the leader of.
She is a warrior/hunter, and besides her personality, nothing else is planned yet. (And probably won't be planned for a while as I am gonna be too busy for a while)

TheGhoulAvenue ~ Hope you get your eye problem figured out and start feeling better ~ They look really good so far, I'm excited to hear about them. The blond guy with glasses, is he a vampire?

QuantumNightmare ~ You really have improved a lot over three years. Sometimes, it's hard to notice if you don't have a point of reference haha. Hopefully with these new refs you'll get art of them that looks the way it should. Gyr has such pretty wings and is based off a bird just as pretty (I'm kinda disappoint Gyrfalcons don't live where I do). Why does she have so many scars? So the symbol for Tsu's clan is the one on her shirt? Also, did you base her wings off a particular bird (I couldn't find one listed on the ref, but I might have missed it)? I really like how she has short hair in the back.
At this point in my universe, I'm just doing lore updates (I've been planning OCs since I was a small child) and tightening up some stories. I usually just leave it when the person misgenders an OC if the drawing still looks like the gender they are. I don't want to get into a fight about it. I really like Folkvangr's design and concept by the way.
Out of all the mythologies you have learned about, what is your favourite culture's mythology to learn about?

ChaosCheesecake ~ Really with post spacing, 4+ posts between your posts gives enough space for others to add in their things. So, you are totally fine. With Static, do they keep the knowledge they get from programs if the program is canceled and no longer runs? What other kinds of tails does Hailey project? I also really like her colours~ Are Xandria and Gannon successful with overthrowing the one-eyes? I love that Baer has a pug he takes care of.
Bane works for Setshi since his job is family inherited job. Pretty much, whoever is currently working for Setshi dies, their kid who best fits the job is the new Agent of Chaos.

NARANDA ~ I love how soft Sovanna's colours. Does Ronzo wear that scarf just because it looks nice or does it have special meaning to them? The Unnamed Lioness reminds me a lot of a sun goddess. THat's a shame Cassiel's species didn't take off. He looks very pretty and it seems like the species was something really nice as well ;w;. Muse has such an awesome design, I love the floating circles. Maybe you can start planning on how he fits in by starting with how he interacts with Vesper and Reika? Like, if he ever meets them and how that effects those two. Did Diana stop being a goddess of Rome since the country fell?
Chance isn't aware of how much Jezebel dislikes him since she pretends that she does so she can get him to do things for her. THe middle ghost has a jar for a head since she has enough power to alter her form. She looks like a human when she isn't trying to look cool. The middle and the one in blue died from illness. William got kicked out by Raphael (I explain it a bit more below) and Ophiel was involved in a rebellion against Raphael/an attempt to get the Maker to notice how terrible Heaven was fairing with him gone. Bane usually enjoys his job.

This is Raphael. In my OC universe there are two heavens (Heaven and Telchass). Neither place is doing too well.
Raphael comes from Heaven where the god that ruled over it (the Maker) ditched and left the angels to fend for themselves. Raphael managed to establish himself as the ruler by purposefully getting rid of any one who could have competed with him for the position and anyone who might jeopardize it.
Pretty much, he's a terrible leader and is only making things worse.

A small list of the main things he has done involving my other OCs
- purposefully kicked William out of Heaven since William didn't want anything to do with him (or with anyone else)
- realizes William is having an okay time in Hell and spends a long time trying to kill him (also because William is stelaing things from him)
- traps Alania in a frozen lake in Hell since they called him out for killing people who speak out against him
- tries to kill Aumriel
- nearly kills Azrael (Azrael was excited that Telchass and Heaven could suddenly interact and went there immediately, Raphael didn't want anyone to figure out how terribly Heaven is holding up)
- doesn't even try to stop angels that defected from Heaven to do their own thing. And by own thing, I mean completely screwing over some planets.



Procel (who I jokingly call Propel) is one of the angels that ditched Heaven because it's a mess. Though, instead of ruining things, he's just gathering up pretty things and hoarding them. Before leaving Heaven he was the angel of hidden/secret things so the things he's taking, most people don't even notice they are gone in the first place.


So I ordered a lot from chuluschus on dA, so I'm going to slowly spread it out.

Barnabas is a member of my sorta vampire species. My vampires are born as vampires, Swemer (what Barnabas is) are undead and have a couple other conditions that need to be fulfilled in order to become one. He's fairly old for his species and has only lived as long as he has because he's made a point to not eat anyone. He's an apothecary and owns his own small shop.

Robert died in a Christmas sweater and isn't all happy about having to wear it for most of his afterlife. Other than that, he's pretty much okay with being dead. He goes to the Ghost Support Group run by these girls. Robert eventually starts dating the unnamed green floaty limb ghost I showed a while back.

Harley likes his baseball cap because he is obsessed with baseball. He sometimes sneaks into baseball games to watch them.
The blue sleeves were a gift from Harley's father, which he loved a lot, and was actually the first one to take him to a baseball game.
If you could meet an of your characters in real life, who would it be?
Gabriel. He sounds so cool..
Do Harley and Gabriel ever get in trouble by dog catchers or animal control?
Yes, both of them. Gabriel hides in alleyways or other things a lot more, but Harley gets in trouble with them a lot.
