Definitely fair.
The bunny is from 2010 Easter while their rat is from 2008.
So it's quite a big overpay.

Although rats don't have the greatest demand, the rarity fairness makes up for it. What I would do is trade for a 2009 very rare pet or two 2009 rare pets as a bit of an overpay just so the other would accept. :) [Unless you like rats and want to keep it ofc)

That's the roadkill pps, it's on the advent list, that's why they are asking for that much pets :)
It is worth 5-6 mixed '09 rares. In the trade, they are asking for 9-ish /09 rares + the two uncommons which is definitely not fair to you.


The second trade:

Confetti is worth a mid '11 uncommon.
Drink me bottle is worth i think a 2014 uncommon.
Pot o' gold is worth a mid '11 uncommon.
Not sure about short white candle.
