How would you react to a situation?;; Depends on the situation. Some are more serious than others (art theft, bullying, etc) and some are a bit less major that only deserve a strike/warning. If somebody was breaking site and forum rules, again, depending on the situation, a ban/warning will be given out.
Past experience?;; I was an admin assistant on CPI (Cats Paw Island - a branch of the 'Chatlands' community) forums a long way back for about three years, retired in August 2015 c:
