Silverkit whimpered - she was tired and hadn't slept all day. She looked around, realising it was safe in the nursery, slowly walking towards gullstep and laying down in her warm fur.

BloodWolf, out of site, spoke. "Goldenpaw needent know where or how you got this information but our father abandoned the kit. Like he did me." he sighed. "this is why I hate Goldenpaw. Golden cats in our family take priority and darker or blue cats get thrown out like crowfood." he sighed. "i saw father by the edge of your territory. He's far away now, but nobody is coming back for the kit."

Moon padded aimlessly through the forest, making sure to create lots of noise. She wanted to be found by a 'patrol' or whatever the groups of cats who marked their borders were called.

Ivypaw tilted her head curiously. "Why shouldn't Goldenpaw know how I got this information? And if you saw your father, then why didn't you mention it before?" She made sure to keep a calm and curious demeanor. "How do you know he'll be far away now? Did you follow him?"

Fernstar dipped her head to the queen. "Thank you Gullstep, the Clan honours your kindness. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask." The leader mewed before padding out of the den and across to Sorrelpaw. "Do you want to come and help me with the nursery?" She asked her apprentice, flicking her tail towards the partially rebuilt den. The nursery, elders den and medicine den were the dens that needed repairing first, then they could focus of the other dens. Fernstar considered her den a minor priority, so didn't worry about fixing it in a hurry.

Threeleg sighed quietly so she couldn't hear before nodding. "I understand the Clan needs prey. Have fun on the patrol." He mewed before turning his head to look at Goldenpaw. "Let's see if there is a warrior that isn't occupied." He mewed before making his way across to Crabwhisker. "Sorry to bother you Crabwhisker, but would you mind accompanying me and Goldenpaw on a herb expedition? We understand if you're already busy." He mewed, dipping his head to the warrior in respect.

Ｊｕｎｉｐｅｒｆｒｏｓｔ
Juniperfrost motioned with her tail towards a large hole in the den. "Over there, I want to get that gaping mess sorted first." She told her apprentice before picking up the end of the bramble tendril. Although the den was riddled with holes, that was by far the biggest, and so would need plenty of sticks and reinforcement materials to fix it. The medicine den and the apprentice den were the most severely broken dens, and would need the most attention. She could see Fernstar working on the nursery, but no warrior seemed to be repairing the elders den. Oh well, she could do that later.

Sparrowpaw nodded at Silentstream. "We'll be waiting for you by the camp entrance!" He told the warrior before turning and bounding back towards Blueheart. "She's just getting Squirrelpaw and then we can leave." He told his temporary mentor, smiling and waving his brown tabby tail. He couldn't wait to start hunting, as it was much better than being stuck in camp weaving sticks through other sticks.

Aquilo smiled at the ginger tabby. "Don't be upset if they reject you, they are in a tough situation at the moment. If you want a better chance at being accepted, I would give them a few days. Oh, and don't just walk into their camp, wait until you are found by a cat. But the more obvious, the better." He advised, waving his tail in a friendly manner.

BloodWolf smiled. "it was just after the gathering. Father told me he he was returning from cloverclan. " he snickered. "i wondered what was going on and I asked a kittypet from close to CliffClan. They told me that he had left a kit. So i came here just to tell the clan not to wait. " he smiled. "as for goldie - well. He thinks I lie. Which I do. But breaking the warrior code was revenge and I dont want him to scurry back to Fernstar to warn her im here so she can kill me." he smiled. "we don't trust each other."

Ashpaw looked over to Silentstream and meowed "No I haven't seen Squirrelpaw" with a hint of worry in his tone. He stood up and looked towards the camp tunnel. Maybe she's out hunting he thought to himself. He knew that nothing would happen to her. I mean the foxes wouldn't attack again so soon right? He shook his head and turned to Silentsteam. "Should we go look for her or help here? He meowed to the warrior

"Hello" Dawnflower whispered to Gullstep. She looked down and Silverkit and sympathy and a tiny bit of anger filled her. She couldn't understand how someone would think to abandon a defenceless kit like that. Dawnflower gently placed the rabbit in front of Gullstep. "It's a plump one but you need it if your going to feed an extra kit" Dawnflower meowed quietly. She smiled a little as she looked down at Silverkit. "I'll change your bedding tomorrow when Silverkit is awake" she purred, as she slowly walked out. "Call me if you need anything" Dawnflower meowed and waved her tail. She quickly got to work reinforcing the nursery with Fernstar and Sparrowpaw
