Hey there! I'll help you out~
This is a place of raffles, so you have to join at least one of the three available raffles (found on the 1st post).
After you join the raffles, you wait until Sunday to see if you've won!
If you win a raffle, then yes you get to choose a pet that is designated to the raffle you won!
All of this is explained on the original post on pg 1. If you read through it all you'll see an explanation of the rules and answers to questions you may have.
