Trying to get rid of some characters
I decided to sell more characters of mine to clean my list up since I have a lot of characters that I haven't been using :c I accept USD too C:

Well i decided i wanted a wolf fursona because i usually have a cat c: They mean alot to me because they remind me so much about me!

The irony of all this talk is usually the most discussion starts when people say they want less adds and more discussion lol. But yes it is true that adds are once again taking over.
But I do want to point out, all of you as individuals can work to fix this. You want to post an add fine, whatever, but talk to other people when you do so, complement and ask questions and hopefully that will lead to discussion, or even post questions! those are the best.

Now because people are bring up old rules and such I want to mention this, proposals have been put up in the past about adding rules to fix this, mainly the comment on a minimum of three other people before posting anything. Most of you said no we don't want that. Eventually it sorta got put in as the don't spam rule but... most often this is gotten around by adding something new to a coppied post.

Btw this talk doesn't bother me as I agree with it and I don't see how change will happen if no one speaks up. BUT if you are set on change PLEASE message one of the moderators for this group with how YOU would change it. Saying you want change is great but you need to supply ideas as to how.

For the ads, what about 1 ad post every say 12 hours? A week is much to long, by a week sales of changed, things have been added, things lost. 6-12 hours seems more reasonable.

Unfortunately, I have no opinion regarding the time to post adds ( except that maybe we should post adds only if we have something else to show ( ex art, character, design ) ), but I can say that I do agree that CAAA has became more adds then discussion. I've been refraining from posting because I know I won't get any / small responses.


I based this babe from my two dogs ( who live four + states away from me ), Tyson and Chase ( aka 'choot 'em ). I really enjoyed this and may make one between my two other dogs, Peaches ( deceased ) and Cali ( short for California ). Yet other art will most likely come first. ( Art + Design by me )

What is your favorite type of YCH?
Hmm. Cheep / something very inspirational ( ex. not your average happy dog ).

What is one REAL animal species that you feel should be more popular when it comes to characters?
DEER, or ELK. I feel like these species are rather tossed aside and not minded for. Lions, Dogs, wolves, foxes, and horses are all popular yet deer aren't?

If you could, what 1 character would you pick if you had the ability to make them real? and why?
Out of my own? I'd probably pick Tysonyus so he could teach me the piano / be cuddled by me relentlessly.

I've been with CAAA for about a full year now, and I remember showing you guys a very horrid piece of my art and getting some very positive feedback. Yet, not counting my own growth, I haven't really watched anybody improve ( I don't look at caaa for months on end ).

Anthros that are for any species. Or basically anything for any species because honestly there's so much versatility in my characters.

Cows. And by cows, I mean ones that aren't made specifically for "adult" purposes.

If you could, what 1 character would you pick if you had the ability to make them real? and why?
Nate because he's my baby and while he probably wouldn't be too docile if he were real I wouldn't care because gosh he is beautiful.

Some people can't fit all of themselves into one character, and that's prefectly okay. It's just not my thing.

If you could, what 1 character would you pick if you had the ability to make them real? and why?
oh, boy. I actually thought pretty long and hard about this. for a moment I was absolutely certain about Lucifer, but then I thought about it more and decided it'd be a bad choice due to his instability and sometimes violent behavior. so then I thought, "how about his best buddy, Phillip? he's a kind, chivalrous gentleman." but I thought a little harder about that, and decided it'd be cruel to being him into existence considering his crippling depression and rough life. so I thought a little more and decided on one;
Belladonna.
Belladonna would be a great friend. she's generous, kind, and sensitive, and tries her best to make sure no one feels bad or left out. however, she's fully willing to beat the life out of someone if they are a threat to the peace, and she's not a pushover, willing to stand up to people much more powerful than her regardless of how much trouble it could get her in. a good example of this being in The Defiance; having been a regular citizen, she had no power or say in anything, really. however, when the leader of The Unity (a powerful government that ran the country like a dictatorship) was about to execute several members of The Defiance (a rebel organization attempting to overthrow The Unity and make the country a democracy again with equal rights), she publicly stood up against them and started a riot which resulted in her being shot.
I think the world needs more people like Belladonna, willing to give up what they have to help others, and put themselves on the line for equal rights and justice.

Lee: basically me. sarcastic comments, tomboy behaviour, really just a perpetually salty loser who spends too much time playing fallout.
Lavender: represents that more insecure side of me. girlier than Lee, with less attitude and more crying. >3>
Marcella: extremely unstable. happy one minute, sad the next. typically a little on the rude side, she enjoys scaring the crap out of people. she dons confused clown makeup and wears traditional ringleader clothing.
Nameless: a blue plush bunny withering with age. represents my childhood and is based on a plush toy my now deceased grandpa gave me when I was a baby. big part of my childhood - I still have the toy.
Seren: genderneutral, a guardian of universes. they represent my ideas and characters/universes/stories.

I recently got my first star-sweet! Meet Alzono!

he is a prankster, who HATES when others prank him. He is quite friendly and open at first, but will turn on you if you don't suit his needs. He can be childish at times. He adores cats and boxes.
i really want to develope him more so some roleplays would be nice!

I don't have much to say on the subject aside from agreeing that if you want something to change then do it yourself. (That's sounds mean but it's not supposed to cx) Just that if you think that people should post less adds and be more conversational then do so you're self, ask questions, post less adds ect... I know I for one will do so as best I can. c:
Also I think that something that would help is more questions! Sometimes I have something that I want to advertise but I would prefer to just post some development answers but all I see is adds which are hard to reply to unless its just "good luck selling." so I really think that more questions could help. c:

I feel like the sales post aren't that bad and don't understand why people are getting so upset over it. Yes this thread is moving slower then what it has in the past but its nicer that way. I can actually keep up with the thread now. Im sorry but the adds are part of character owning and for some of us this is the only place we can post or the best place sei g as everyone here like ocs. To me the add post are just like little adds that you see here off to the side of cs. It cant be helped it happens. Plush conversation is hard on this thread at times since im sorry but people DO play favorites on here. So there for if your not a good artist you dont flownt your awsome oc/ most wanted oc or constantly posting art it seems pointless to join in conversation. I know i have tried many time and guess what if a popular user on this thread post any wear near it its over looked. So its whatever. Just accept the fact that there will be add and maybe if you don't leave people out it would help with the conversation. And i also know it is hard to post stuff with mobile (caouse im on it all the time and idc what people say some things are easier/hard to do on mobile) lime i have a hard time copying and pasting the code question and that. Idk lime i said people need to suck it up and get over it. Its like having adds on here or youtube or da or whatever sights u guys use. It just ad block wont hide them. The way to fix it. DONT SINGLE PEOPLE OUT talk to EVERYONE.
