I tend to avoid trading with hoard haters, mostly because I'm a rather 'live and let live' kind of person. Plus I'd rather not potentially start a conflict by them specifically looking to see if I hoard. I know for a fact a lot of people especially get peeved by list hoarding.

Me too. As soon as I read the "I don't support hoarding" rule in their trade rules, I usually end up not even bothering to look at their pets. I admit I used to not support list hoarding myself, but somebody (probably DaDwarf, honestly) brought up a very good point. They said something along the lines of, Why does anybody else deserve a pet more than you do? If that person can afford the pet, there's no reason why they shouldn't be allowed to have as many as they want. It's the same with collections really.

I almost forgot that I'm one PPS dragon away from completing my hoard. c:
If anybody is curious, I began hoarding them because they remind me of Beanie Babies.

Haha, good to know I'm not the only one who needed a couple seconds to process it. Made me go "Wait, I don't remember this" until it dawned on me :'D

It's a very adorable hoard idea! They look lovely all together, especially with how they all fit into a single line.

I actually haven't gotten any hoard hate for a while, though I'll admit that at this point I tend to just ignore it when I see people rant about the subject. It gets a bit repetitive and I've grown used to the fact that there's always gonna be people out there who don't agree. What matters is that it's a perfectly valid way to play the game, and I don't want my fun to be taken away^^

Much progress with my hoards today!
Sarcastic Hawke helped me complete "Evenstar, You Blind Me".
No Price Too Great, No Distance Too Far - broke the 300 on my Mothwolf hoard. 98 more needed to hit my goal now.
Every Day At Dusk I Think Of You - The lovely Sagaline let me have a whole bunch of pets, pushing my goal on January's pink dogs from 30 to 50 as I now have 47 of them.
Old Arcane Art - goal pushed from 20 to 30. Can't help it, I happened to get three more than I needed, heh.
So Many Nothings - 15 more to go 'til I hit the 100. I do wish I had started this one when they were first released, but the hoard is doing really well, so I can't complain.
