Character's Name: It does not have a real name. Those who encounter it call it Sidious, however.
Character's Gender (and Pronouns?): It does not have a gender. {It/its or they/them}

Write a (600 word max) story about how this spirit came to possess this doll:

For too long it’d gone without tormenting those around it.

It’d exhausted many a host in it’s time; usually inanimate objects or bodies or what-have-it. It didn’t really matter, as the spirit would merely switch to a new host after a while. There was no permanent host it liked. It was unfortunate.. The spirit enjoyed giving those a good fright.

It’d merely been passing through the area when it stumbled upon its current host. The rules for possession required that if you touched an empty host {or a host agreeing to the possession, if it was a living host} you were bound to the host until you’ve completed your goal.

Unfortunately for it, the next host was a misfit, torn up plush toy. And it was stuck until it’d done a good enough job to be free.

Character's Name: Raptor's Strike (Recoil)
Character's Gender (and Pronouns?): Male; he/him

Write a (600 word max) story about how this spirit came to possess this doll:

A doll on the windowsill, usually overlooked by all. A room once inhabited by a loving girl, long since left for college. The doll rests alone on the windowsill, silently crying for the girl to return. Alone, the doll awaits fate's decision. Apparently fate wasn't feeling very nice today.

A wind busts the door open, though the window is closed and there is no wind outside. The trees stand still as statues. The doll, unable to move, rests limply. A dark cloud oozes into the room, snaking around all in its path. The bed sits, collecting dust, as the cloud rushes over it, dust flying into the air. The cloud heads straight for the doll, coming to a stop right before the limp piece of fabric.

"I give you life, as you give me power." A voice booms throughout the room as the cloud, or spirit, plunges itself into the doll. The doll falls off the windowsill and hits the ground. And then... It stands up.
