What do you do with characters you got for free from a CAAA event or request stream if you don't feel you have enough time to care for them?
If they're high quality I'll raffle them off, probably, or do a competition of some sort. If they are lower, I either bring up their value by commissioning or drawing a new ref/more art before returning to the raffle/competition plan of action.

What are some good ways to reduce the amount of characters you have, or to better manage them? Do you make a list of characters to get art of / make new refs etc?
Advertising your character sta.sh, Imgur/Photobucket file, or toyhou.se page on here and letting everyone know you have characters for sale is a great way to reduce the amount of charries you have and get something out of it. To better manage, I organize my pages well and make sure my main characters are always well treated - I try to draw something for myself at least three times a month. And yup. Lists rock.

Do you consider yourself a "character hoarder?": Ah I think I used to be but I've learned to treasure them and only go for the ones I will really use. So not really ^^;

What do you do with characters you got for free from a CAAA event or request stream if you don't feel you have enough time to care for them?
If the character was free I first look at this,
was it a gift or did I receive through like make a character for the person above you (in other words, how personal if it)
If it is not personal I don't worry about it but I do try to first make a connection and if I really can't I will sell it give it away.
If it was a personal gift then I will contact the gifter and explain that while I really appreciate it I can't connect with the character and offer to return it
Either way I found found its not as big a deal as it seems.

Yep. My username is Sebeon! Sadly, you aren't going to find much there - I've been a bit lazy with uploading all my characters, and I'm still trying to figure out a good page layout.

What do you do with characters you got for free from a CAAA event or request stream if you don't feel you have enough time to care for them?
If I get a character for free and haven't done much with them (draw/buy art of them), I'd rather adopt them out to someone who'd love them more. If I can't adopt them out, I'll offer to return it to the previous owner/designer. I'd feel guilty trying to sell a gift/adopted character without permission.

I don't always focus on art, sadly. I tend to linger in the line of being broke 99.9% of my internet life. I do, however, develop like mad on and off. Every month or so, I like to go through my characters and see who needs more attention/develop someone else for a change. I do have a list of characters I'd like to draw/commission new refs for, but art isn't a high priority with me. I get rid of characters that I don't use as much.

I think your site looks good as it is! Easy to browse. You've got the character's info, art gallery, and even little fullbody images that link to their pages. The nice essentials for an organized char site. The one thing I would do is maybe add their names under each image just for additional info, but that's just my preference.
