Wings of Fire: The Darkest Hour (Not Accepting)

Hope snorted. "Nope. You don't own the place. We can stay here as long as we want." She lashed her tail. "Pharaoh is smarter than all of us here. He's like my annoying brother. So, mess with him, you mess with all of us."

Rocket: Rocket slipped and fell onto the ground, purposely unpurposely smacking her with his wings. "But you" he added, getting to his paws once again and stretching his wings, now intentionally spreading them right in her face. "Depends on what you mean by 'mess with him' " he said with a look of sudden bewilderment, letting them ponder on his words for a moment before he loped out. "Okay. At least I can go back to defeating super-dumb Nightwings with my super-amazingness, which you guys will never do" he said, flicking his tail purposely in Hope's face before he left and lifted into the air. Maybe he could go find Sapphire and his "brother". He squinted as rain pattered onto him, dragging him down a little bit. Okay, maybe this wasn't such a good idea.

Snowstorm walked back over to the pool, slumping down next to it and sighing. "Thank the moons," she muttered as the SkyWing left. "I swear, do all SkyWings have anger issues?"

Pathfinder beat his wings, startled to have flown and not seen such a large storm up ahead. But he couldn't leave the Sky Kingdom without getting the dragonflame cactus samples that Queen Foreseer had requested. He knew that they grew in high altitudes, so the Sky Kingdom was his best bet. He landed on a flat rock ledge, slick from all the rain, and shielded himself from said rain with his wings. The damned cactus had to be here.

Sapphire looked at him."You do?"She said, getting up." Well, of course you do. You're the prophecy Skywing. Your egg was taken from your family." She wiped away tears, sniffing." I need to show you something. come up here." She said, walking through a well-hidden tunnel, coming into a room, filled with paintings."I found this awhile back while in here.. i think it's from an insane rambler, but it's still pretty cool. And THIS." She moved over, lighting a log nearby, lighting up an egg in the centre of the room." This is the only skywing egg i've ever found while looking.. i think it might have a firescales inside."

She held out a clawed foot for him to shake. "Stingtail. Screams? I don't think I heard any, unless you meant the argumentative aggregation." She flicks her stinger towards the cave entrance where the dragonets were yelling at each other. "I hardly think they'll do any world saving when they can barely save their own group from falling apart." Stingtail chuckles slightly at this. "But hey, the world's already doomed anyways, so." She shrugged, still grinning. Her eyes travel to another dart of red flashing out of the cave. "Another one? My claws, how many Skywings are in there?"

Rocket: Even with his large wings and adept flying skills, he still struggled in the torrent of rain at the high altitude he was at. He squinted, seeing a red flash cross the corner of his eye. Sapphire! he thought eagerly, shifting gears as he turned sideways and pursued him. The wind gladly pushed him to the side, beating against him harshly as he followed Pathfinder.

Pathfinder's eyes narrowed as he spotted a glint of red scales behind him. SkyWing. Named Rocket, has a pretty chaotic mind. Fought in the war against the NightWings. Seems to start fights a lot. The NightWing flattened himself against the black stone, using it as camouflage as he slipped into a small, pitch-black crack in the rock which led to a small cave.

Sapphire stroked the egg with her talons." When i found it, it was obviously newly laid, given as i could'nt see the dragonets inside."She said, sighing lightly."it'll hatch soon, in maybe two or more weeks. i won't kill a dragonet. if one dies, it'll be given a nice burial with flowers." She suddenly sat upright, staring at a crack in the wall." Come out, and i'll give you a chance before chasing after you."

Starkeeper, sitting near the corner of the cave, picked up the mind of someone she recognized. Pathfinder? She stood up and slunk out of the cave, unnoticed by her friends - which she was way too used to. Starkeeper felt the rain patter her scales, making them wet within a minute or so after leaving the cave.
