Once Durfur got gone grooming herself she got to her paws and padded out of the warriors den. Dustfur let out a purr, enjoying the sun on her pelt. Dustfur took her time to stretch out her legs before glancing around camp. Seeing Sageclaw, Dustfur padded over to him and nudged him with her paw. "Hey Sageclaw, what are you still doing up? I thought you would be in the warriors den sleeping away. Have you been awake all this time?" Dustfur asked tilting her head. She had remembered seeing him last night as she went in and out of camp. Dustfur went ahead and sat down beside him, curling her tail around her paws.

Otterpaw nodded his head and started to get ready. Otterpaw got into place and looked for Snowpaw, to let her know he was ready. Otterpaw let out a small breath and wiggled his paw around in the air before putting it down carefully. "You can do this Otterpaw... I just need to be fast and quick on my paws." Otterpaw thought laying low to the ground.

The cats where now making their way to the eastern border, mentally evaluating the apprentices to see how they were doing on their training. He expected Littlepaw to know more than Bumblepaw due to age and was happy to see that the young calico tom was doing well. Cloudheart was showing the right example by keeping quiet, Rainstar nodded in approval. Even the tom was quiet but held himself more, showing his 'high' status in the clan, keeping an eye on every cat. Maybe he had no need to worry like he did earlier this morning, Starclan was giving them peace and quiet.

A look of shame went through the molly's eyes as her reaction had been spotted. She dipped her head respectfully as the tom moved away from the two and she turned her gaze to Adderfang "Okay!" she meowed to him before smiling at him. She started towards the pile, observing it trying to find the smallest prey item as she was not totally hungry. Not seeing anything small enough she sighed "Want to share something?" she asked Adderfang without looking at him.

The tom had watched as Dustfur padded close to him, by the looks of her just groomed fur she had just woken. "Yeah, I am still not quite tired yet." He admitted. He the realized that she was getting ready to sit next to him and when she did her tail had brushed against him lightly before it was placed around her paws. He turned away for a second has he blushed lightly, shaking the feeling he looked back at her "I thought you would have slept a while longer." He meowed before yawning, it was the that he spotted a small clump of moss still in her fur and instinctively groomed her fur.

Dustfur looked at Sageclaw, and wondered how he could still not be so tried to go to sleep yet. Dustfur smiled slightly before nodding her head in agreement. "I thought I could be to, but Toadnose always likes to tuin it for me." Dustfur joked as she purred softly. Dustfur's eyes widened slightly in surprise when Sageclaw started to groom her unexpectedly. Seeing the moss Dustfur smiled at Sageclaw and started to purr again. "Thanks Sageclaw, I didn't realize I missed one!" Dustfur licked the to of Sageclaw's head, and started to groom him as well. "Oh, I've been meaning to tell you something. I've noticed you've been up at night guarding camp, And well I don't mind staying up with you. If you don't mind that is." Dustfur added between licks.

Sageclaw had stopped when the moss was free from Dustfur's pelt, he was quietly purring when she was grooming the top of his head. It was rare to hear the tom purr usually but it did not seem to bother him around Dustfur. He smiled at the remark she had made about Toadnose, though her next statement caught him off guard a bit, maybe due to tiredness. He pulled his head back so he could look at her "To be honest I have noticed that you are up at night anyways, you seem to enjoy hunting at that time." He paused for a moment, thinking "I would not mind the company but I don't want to intrude on your routine." He teased kindly, he has stopped purring already.

Riverstream
He walked quietly, following the patrol. Looking around the forest, sniffing and hearing as they make their way toward the borders. So far he didn't smell or hear anything strange, which little bit annouys him as the same time relaxed him.

Runningflame
As the Stormclaw and Lionheart get going, she little by little left behing them. Sniffing the air she smelled a mice or maybe two of them not too far from her.

snowpaw peaked out of the bushes and flattened her ears, trying to tell the young tom she was ready to chase it if she needed to. she flicked her tail and ducked back down to hide in the bracken, come on, you can do it! her claws slide in and out of the dirt impatiently.

Dustfur grinned slightly when She heard Sageclaw purr, she couldn't remember the last time she had heard him purr. Dustfur stopped grooming as Sageclaw pulled away his head, and looked at him. Her ears twitched slightly before smiling him. "Yeah I do, but I do enjoy just being out at night, no matter what I'm doing." Dustfur replied before flicking him with her tail. "I don't mind mixing up my routine, so you won't be intruding! I am the one who suggested it after all, so if anyone is intruding it would be me." Dustfur added, still purring softly. "I will do my hunting while the sun is still up, and after that I will take a nap to be ready for tonight."

Seeing Snowpaw give the sign, Otterpaw slowly and quietly moved forward. Once he was close enough, Otterpaw raced towards the rabbit, who had know seen Otterpaw. Otterpaw was a bit slower then normal, but made himself keep going. Otterpaw leaped forward, his claws just getting the rabbit's hind leg. It wasn't enough to bring the rabbit down, but it helped slow it down.

snowpaw's ears pricked up as she watched the young tom bring his paw over the rabbit. she began to pace along the perusing pair, keeping off to the side of the bushes so the rabbit wouldn't know she was there if she had to jump at it. her tail flicked as she sped up.

Otterpaw

Now that the rabbit was slower, Otterpaw didn't have any trouble keeping up with it. Otterpaw leaped once more, landing on the rabbit. The two balls of fur rolled forward as Otterpaw tried to get a hold of the rabbit. Soon enough Otterpaw was able to do the killing bite. Otterpaw quickly got to his paws and shook the dust form his pelt before he looked around wondering where Snowpaw was.

snowpaw smiled and bounded over to the the apprentice. "that was awesome! it's soo big, that could feed all the apprentices!" the young shecat purred, looking over otterpaw's kill. "i told you that you would be able to hunt just as well as any cat." she gave her ruffled chest fur a few licks, flattening it again.
