I think it depends on the person and how patient they are tbh.
like I'm still waiting for art that I ordered a year ago and another piece that I ordered months ago.

plus you ordered from a popular artist, its gonna take some time and they have orders before you. Not to mention a life such as school/work/etc.
if you didn't get a reply then they probably dont have the time to read it or read it, got busy and forgot to reply.
just chill and wait, you'll get it.
