Why do they like flowers?; flowers, especially roses, remind her that even good things have their strengths and weaknesses. And sometimes things, no matter how good they are, will die. But if you leave your mark in the world. Even when you pass you won't be forgotten

Why do they like flowers?; siv can't really put that flower on herself very easily, so she requires others to do it. however, she's very picky on who does it, because she wants them to enjoy it nearly as much as her (because who could enjoy it more than her? she looks gorgeous and the smell is fabulous). having someone else put it on her, like her rider or a rider's friend, reminds her that she is cared for a doled on hand and foot with the utmost love.

Why do they like flowers?; she doesn't, actually. drysi hatched in
xxxxxxthe woods not far from a human settlement. soon after, her
xxxxxxfamily was displaced - a larger group of terrors had moved in,
xxxxxxand her family could not keep their territory. so they moved
xxxxxxcloser to the settlement - and one day, drysi got lost. she was
xxxxxxseparated from her family and ended up alone, lost, eventually
xxxxxxstumbling into the garden of one of the humans. panicked, the
xxxxxxyoung terror ran headlong into a bush of wild roses - the thorns
xxxxxxscratching and jabbing at her eyes. shrieking, the little terror
xxxxxxhad wrenched her head free (one of the blooms caught around
xxxxxxher horns) and was promptly picked up by a little girl of about
xxxxxxfive. drysi had struggled, at first, but the girl carried treats
xxxxxxwith her and after a few minutes of petting and being fed
xxxxxxmorsels of dried fish, drysi had decided that this human was
xxxxxxokay. the girl seemed to be delighted by the rose caught on her
xxxxxxhorns, so she kept the petals there - eventually, they would wither,
xxxxxxbut for now drysi was content to make this little girl happy.
