tadaki sat on a chair across from saumya just to watch her sleep. what am i doing?

She shuffled in her sleep, sometimes emitting off soft whines and hugging the pillow tighter, and other times she was slightly smiling, and loosely cuddling with the pillow. "T..Ta.." Barely audible words were coming from her, and not even full ones, maybe a letter or two, but not much.

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki's cat ears caught the noise and he tried to figure out what she was saying. he scooted closer to her. "what is it?" he whispered quietly.

"T..Tada.." She mumbled, nuzzling the pillow while smiling. "Ki.." Saumya sighed, her expression peaceful.

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki chuckled to himself. "cute..."

"Mmm.." She hummed, again nuzzling the pillow she was clutching with care. "Taa.." Her voice got quieter as she buried her face into the pillow.

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki lightly pinched her cheek. "don't say my name in such a cute way..."

Her face scrunched up at the light pinch, but then calmed again. "Ki." Saumya mumbled into the pillow, hugging it tighter than her loose grip. She smiled, nuzzling her cheek against the soft thing.

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki grinned a little sadistically and pulled on her tail just to see her reaction.

She yelped and then whimpered into the pillow. "T-Tada.." Her ears were flat against her head.
