I'm sure the summer event is well thought out and planned already but...yeah a time travel theme would be awesome! Bring back the old layouts and backgrounds and stuff and have the site change day by day as Avian and Totoro travel around. Have the characters be that store dog and some of the original UR pets stuff like that.

But...back on topic... I miss that little store puppy in his funny hat. ^_^

I remember on my old account when I first joined in 2008 I only adopted 1 of each pet and now they're all worth so much xD whoops

On the first day, have it be almost just like the original CS.

Then, as days past, the site gets newer, and newer.

On the last day, the site could be what it's like right now .

The pets could look like the original pets, but they could be different colours .

Yes, but apparently I don't remember that old yellowish one, which is linked in some posts in this thread.xD I have a vague recollection of the layout before CS became like it is nowadays. At the time it was just a site for adopting growing cyber pets, no trading involved (?), also no accounts like they are now. There was a forum with discussion threads, but I didn't join in (too much going on already in my life).

Then I think in 2009 (based on my registration year, otherwise I wouldn't remember the exact time) creating an account to adopt pets became mandatory.

2. old trading system

No, I wasn't here at the time, since my pet collecting has been sort of on and off. I forgot about this site for a few years...

What I remember the best are the nice looking pets people were showing off in their signatures on various other forums back in 2008. I was at the time involved with other kinds of cyber pets, drawing a few dogs of my own and breeding them, etc. I have no idea if cyber kennels and catteries are still alive? Also during the years I was playing a few online pet breeding games.

My first CS adoptions were sort of decorations for my old home page. It was still a time when people actually had personal home pages, not just blogs.xD
