Very unfair to the top. Their border collie is a 7th tier while yours is just a first tier. So you need to add about 6x 09 rares for it to be fair to the top.

The tess horse was released in 2008 September but available until 2009 May. So if you follow the 3 month rule it's a fair enough trade. Not 100% sure on demand but I think tess horses have normal demand.
