Ella followed him out. "I could use a break from the stuffiness." She laughed.

Ingo finished her carving and walked up to Ella and Milo, "What have you two been doing in there?" she asked them.

Milo glanced at Ella, then decided to keep the feast a secret. "Oh, nothing," he said with a yawn. "Ella was trying to teach me how to cook." He held out his burned fingers for her to see. "Obviously it isn't working," he said with a chuckle.

"He's the worst cook you'll ever meet." Ella laughed. "You want some bandages for those?" She asked Milo.

"Nah, I'm good," said Milo, tucking his hands into his pockets. "It's midday, though, so I'll take watch."

Ella smiled. She turned to Ingo. "Happy Birthday." She said. She held out a small present she had picked up in the middle of the night.

Alexa came outside. She went to the crow's nest to talk to Milo. "Milo. I've noticed you and Ella are getting a little romantic. I dont want that." She said. "You guys will get disstracted and you wont be at your highest conciousness." She said. She didnt feel bad about breaking up the romance, as long as they didnt die.

Milo raised an eyebrow at Alexa, even though she was the captain and what she said made sense. "Excuse me?" he asked, incredulous. His eyebrows snapped together and he became slightly angry, saying coldly, "This is the one order I'm afraid I'm going to have to disobey," he said, standing and leaning against the railing of the crow's nest.

"Well I'm sorry, but I cant afford it getting in the way of the safety of everyone." Alexa said harshly. "Would you like her to be blown apart?" she asked, threateningly.

Ella went to the crow's nest, wanting to take over the shift. She saw Alexa up there, and decided she could wait. It looked important.

Milo took an angry breath and gritted his teeth, then released it in a sad sigh. "No," he said, looking first at Alexa and then out over the ocean. "You're right," he added, still not looking at his captain. "The safety of the crew should... should come first."
