I dumped the box of stuff into the boiling water, after the noodles were softened, I drained the water. I dumped the noodles into a bowl that has sauce in it.

"Here, I'll take over the cooking and you can sit with the others and chat." She said, taking the spoon, she mixed in the noodles and sauce after it was all together.

Gabriel soon came into the main house once it was almost time for dinner. Taking his hat off, he set it on the hat hook.

I kissed her on the cheek, "thank you." I grabbed a cup of soda, then sat down at the table. I looked up as Lexa, Raven, Clarke, Monty, and a few others walked into the house. "Have a seat guys, dinner is just about done."

"Your welcome, you may owe me for this, but your welcome." She said with a smile. She then grabbed an extra large bowl and poured the food into it. She then began to make garlic and buttered bread in the oven, enough for everyone to have two and also seconds for the meal.

Gabriel grabbed a cup of sweet ice tea. "Good food Sis." He said with a grin before going back to the table.

I chuckled, "okay, I owe you for this." I took a sip of my mountain dew, "so, how's everyone holding up?" I asked the riders who were sitting down.

"Doing better, now that everything has calmed down." Gabe said, sipping his tea.

"Alright guys, it's ready." She said, bringing the bowl out and setting it in the middle, she placed a spoon in it before going back to get the platter of garlic buttered bread. She set it on the table before taking a seat.

I nodded, "it looks like we are going to be getting some rain tonight. Then tomorrow we will all come together and get everything cleaned up. We will get through this if we stick together."

"That could be a good thing. The rain can cool the weather down some and be cool the next few days." She said getting a small portion on her plate and eating a bit

I nodded, "yeah. The rain is going to be a great thing. I was thinking of taking a trail ride tomorrow, what do you guys think?"
