There would be no medicine cats, so it would be more realistic if you say she had three or four, but the other kits died (Except Emberkit and the one you are playing.)

Mm, not necessarily, actually. Cats are quite capable of giving birth without help, to be honest. {My cat once gave birth to five kittens without me knowing she had gone into labor and all five were 100% fine.} As long as there are no health complications with the queen that would make kitting difficult and both kits were planned on being healthy it would be possible for her to give birth during the gathering and have both kits and herself be healthy.
The clan might be a bit freaked out since the medicine cats weren't present though.

Ik this My cat gave birth three times on my bed, but I'm going off of the books. In almost every instance where a cat gave birth without a medicine cat, either the mother died or a few kits died.
