I'm looking for a roleplaying partner so I can get back on track with writing. I consider myself a literate roleplayer in the sense that my skills are advanced. I've been doing this for about 10 or more years now. I'm looking for something fun though; I don't want to feel obligated to post over 500 words each post.

I'm old enough to be in university so I would appreciate a partner around the same age as me, or at least in the upper years of high school. You must be able to write coherent sentences with proper spelling and grammar.

Yes, I do wish to have some nice(Ok, maybe not nice, but still...) roleplays with people.
I have an idea I really want to do, and quite a few pairings~

A couple of things to keep in mind though:
I don't mind MxM
I will always try to match your posts.
Please try to be active. In the past, on other sites, I have had my roleplays die slowly. It's not fun...
I don't really like chatspeak.

Anyway, on to the ideas/pairings etc..

This idea is loosely based off a pretty dark story I read recently. The roleplay idea is loosely based on it.
The main pairings are Antonio(Spain) x Lovino(Romano) and Philippines x Mexico(These two are OC characters). Spain being nice and stuff, but hiding his true(Violent, crazy) nature. Don't worry, I will play Lovino, but you can choose whether you want Mexico or Philippines. This one is kinda AU
(Philippines/Mexico) along with some of her brothers have been held hostage for two months by their father's(Antonio Fernandez Carriedo) long time rival, Arthur Kirkland. They are the fortunate ones, and were rescued. The rp is starts a few weeks after.
They see their brother again, (Mexico/Philippines) who is the Nuevo(And will be taking over the business in the future), and they fall in love. But they must keep it a secret. If their father found out, he would be angry.
Lovino Vargas dislikes the Nuevo, mostly out of jealousy, though he has to hide his distaste. He is the favourite, and also the "errand boy". Of course, the things he has to do to stay in the Boss' favour- much, much more than just hiding his distaste of the Nuevo. Of course, Lovino isn't trusted much by the other sons- being called "Puppet" and "hijo favorito" much to his displeasure. He also is seen as weak, always hiding in the shadows of Antonio. He is often targeted by Antonio's enemies because of Antonio's attachment and willingness to protect Lovi. Anyway, Lovino finds out about (Mexico) and (Philippines) relationship. That causes a personal dilemma- he must tell Antonio everything he sees in and around the house, but he would like to be trusted more by his siblings. What must he do?
Notes:
When it says sons/daughters/sister/brother etc, it doesn't mean blood relations. Tonio adopted them, so they are entirely unrelated.
Antonio appears charming, happy and kind, but when he loses his temper, it is pretty bad. He likes to keep the familia in order, after all, and will do anything to keep this order.
Of course, the 'hijo favorito' can easily escape this punishment.
Philippines(In my mind) works best as the female, but it could go either way.
I also would like to add Brazil x Argentina(Both male, me playing Argentina) So we play 3 characters each...

I'm open again, but not for long, and only under certain circumstances! Oh, no, no, no! Don't run away yet, at least read what I'm looking for. ;D So, right now, I am desperately craving an Assassin x Target m// RP, and yes, I will want to play the role of the assassin. I have a ton of characters I've made throughout the years that have been inspired with my fascination of bounty hunters, assassins, and hired killers. Some things you should know... (about me.)

- I don't bite.
- Even if I did... there's nothing to worry about; I don't have rabies.
- This is quite possibly the most important thing you should know; I only roleplay guys. No exceptions.
- When it comes to romance, I will roleplay m/m and mxf. Obviously, since I don't RP female characters, I don't do f/f.
- I have so many nicknames, but the most popular are Syn, Sio, and Mark. (No, my name is not Mark in the real world. Haha.)
- I don't have any limits, but this is a PG-13 site, so let's stick to the rules. (However, if you want to include more explicit content let me know; we can take our private roleplays to email or instant messenger of some kind. *See Contacts at the end of this post.)
- I'm a literate roleplayer and, at times, won't hesitate to give you a reply that's over a page long. But, but! That doesn't happen for everyone and it quite honestly doesn't happen often. I prefer to keep my roleplays low key, because they are more enjoyable that way, so if things start going a little slow for a little while I don't mind keeping reply length down to a well-written paragraph. The cold hard fact is that whatever you can give me, I'll give you; I try my best to match your length, however short, or long that would be.


Some things I'm looking for... (in my partners.)

- Someone who is semi-literate to literate, who has decent grammar.
- Someone who is creative enough and willing to contribute to plots, plot twists, and give the roleplay a little push now and then. The thing I hate most in relationship (with my partner) is when I'm the only one directing the course of the roleplay. Don't be afraid to take the reins! If you want to add a big twist, I might just be okay with that! I'm pretty sure there are some things that you would imagine that would never even occur to me, so suggest something, or... just do it. Haha.


What I roleplay...

- Original Characters only!
- Creatures based off petsites (ex: wajas, subeta... etc.)
- Classic Fairytale based plot lines with a twist. (aka; Beauty and the Beast, The Hunchback of Notre Dame.)
- Anything that has an original plot line. I love brainstorming things with my partners.
- I don't often do roleplays based off books or movies, because I find them to restricting, but if you have the mindset where you can really put yourself in that already created, fictional world, perhaps you could tempt me into jumping in, too. I'm a big sci-fi nerd, so things like Firefly and Star Wars; very tempting. Twilight and Harry Potter; not so much. But, never say never!
- All sorts of pairing based plots (ex: serial killer x cop, which is one of my ultimate favorites.) I have a whole list of these, so if you are interested, simply ask. It's much to long to post here, though.
- ... I'm, well, open to suggestions.


What I don't roleplay...

- Script Style.
- Quadruped Animals
- Roleplays based off books, movies, etc... that I have not read, seen, or heard of.
- Anything involving characters based off real world people, or characters who belong to other artists/writers/etc. Such as roleplaying Bella and what's-his-face from Twilight. I simply cannot put myself into the mindset of a character that was not created by my own mind. There is, however, one exception to this; I do play Altair from Assassin's Creed. However, I will not guarantee I will portray his character exactly how you want me to. I try to get as accurate as possible, while still making whatever we're... doing in the RP happen. (I love Altair x Malik, by the way.)
