can someone help me? i just did a trade, and before it fully went through, i got logged out. i logged back in, and i kept getting logged back out, the person said they got the items, but i never got mine, and now i cannot log into my storage account either. also, i just changed my password beforehand because i could not log in (before the trade)

Unfortunately it sounds like you're being hacked. I recommend putting your account on lockdown and scheduling a phone call with AJHQ.

before we traded, i changed the password though, and i didn't get the items from the trade either?AJHQ doesn't accept phone calls anymore, i believe.

If you send an email requesting to schedule a phone call, usually they'll comply. You have to schedule it in advance so they can call you, though.

I'm not certain, but what you're describing sounds a lot like being hacked. Not getting items from a trade while the other person got your items, is usually a sign that the other person was using third-party cheating software, so it's not unreasonably that the person might have also used software to get inside your account.

i think I'll email them, and see what the outcome is then. your last statement is true, it could of been used, but the person seemed nice and all, aha. but thank you so much.
