Mintleaf stretched in the nursery. She had been awoken by the family playing beside her, so decided to take a walk around. She stepped out of her nest, and padded towards the entrance of the nursery. The pregnant she-cat spotted Bramblefoot with Littlekit running around him, so decided to come over. "Hello," she meowed tiredly once she had reached them.

"Would you not like a father who hangs around more?" Cinder asks, trying to manipulate her kit. "You'd prefer that, wouldn't you?"

Lark perked up. "Yes! But.. is he your mate, now?" she asked, glancing at Death.

"Oh, hello Mintleaf." Bramblefoot greeted. "Did we wake you?"

"No," Mintleaf yawned, sitting down. "Birchfoot, Snowfeet, Stripekit and Spottedleap did. They're playing badger," she explained. "But what are you two up to?"
