Can you tell your tank size, how it's stocked(+which fish is sick), what's your water change rutine and what are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels at the moment? If possible pic of the sick fish to make sure it's actually fin rot and not just ripped or nipped fins.
Fin rot is very often due poor water quality, so if you keep the water in tip top condition it should go away on it's own. But if you must medicate it; one possible medicine could be something called Myxazin by Waterlife(it doesn't kill filter bacteria like some other anti-bacteria medicine do, so it's pretty mild).

I only have a 13 gallon tank, so it doesn't have to be huge (especially since I have that weird Aqueon Widescreen tank). Doesn't have to have a super long hose either as the aquarium is less than 10 feet from a sink.
I would also prefer one that I could get through Amazon, if at all possible.

(I am so bad at explaining cx)

(I am so bad at explaining cx)Yes, I am aware of what they are used for, that's why I want one. I'm looking for opinions on the best brands/types/etc.
Sorry if that wasn't clear in the original post.

Could you take a picture from the other side so I can see both sides of it? And do you know the name of the decoration he's stuck in?
I googled "my fish is stuck in a decoration" and some people pulled the fish out by the tail. Others were lucky and just had to tilt the ornament so gravity would pull the fish out of the hole. Maybe you could try tilting it? I don't know about pulling your fish out by the tail, but he seems to be more stuck in him front half than his back half, so do you think gently pushing on his front end would work? Use your own judgement. I don't know how stuck he is, and you have a much better view of his predicament.

It houses one male betta and it is one 1/2 gallons with a heat source but it doesn't have a filter? The whole tank is cleaned out about maybe every two or three weeks and it has one tiny little fake plant with gravel in it. so is it alright if I don't have a filter in it?

It's a 5 gallon tank, one betta, and I change approx 2 gallons a week. The bottom fin and the tail have darkened at the ends, and are a little ripped. I think it was because of a fake plant, so I took that out. I don't know the ammonia, nitrates, and nitrates. I'll try to get a picture.
So more frequent water changes would work? How often and how much?

Cycled, filtered and heated? If the fake plant was plastic instead of silk, then it could be the source of the rips.
Yes more frenquent changes should work, also make sure you don't over feed(that's what caused fin rot to happen in my tank). I'd maybe start changing the water twice a week, 2 gal at a time should probably be okay. Without knowing the water parameters it's hard to say if they are the cause or not.
Fin rot should start to clear up pretty fast, but if it looks like it's only getting worse then I'd probably medicate it.
