Tom sat by the clan's border, trying to remember which one it was. "Willowclan? No... Cloverclan...? Nah, can't be... What were the other two... Stoneclan or Venomclan?" The ginger tom spoke out loud, even if there were no other cats around. He sat down and watched as a mouse scuffled in a nearby bush. His stomach growled deeply and, from what he could tell, most of his rips were sticking out. "Why does it have to be on the other side... He growled quietly. "It doesn't matter. You're hungry." He licked his chops and started to stalk forward, creeping towards it in the snow. C'mon... You can catch it!"

The she-cat shook herself out, before flashing a playful look to her mentor as he chuckled. Littlepaw then nodded at his statement. Fishing was better in warmer weather, mostly during spring when salmon would swim up the river. Fighting made her a bit nervous, but she respected it all the same and was very excited about the prospect of seeing the territory.

He purred lightheartedly at his apprentice. "Well, since this is your first day....how about we go explore the territory first. Then we can see where your strong and weak points are." Wildstorm suggested, beginning to stand.

Vipereye chuckled, but led the way to where the apprentices were generally trained, every so often pausing to shake the falling snow from his fur. Once they where there, he turned to face Littlepaw expectantly. "Show me what you've got." He said with a grin, his tail swishing casually.

Birchpaw followed quickly a few steps behind his mentor, his eyes flickering around as he walked. After a few heartbeats he had sped up for a few steps to walk at Brackenlake's side, his head about in line with the tom's shoulder.

Rustpaw jumped when he heard Vixenpaw's yell. He'd left camp to do some hunting when he saw his mentor was busy, not wanting to disturb him. Vixenpaw's yowl had scared off the squirrel he'd been stalking. The ginger tom sniffed the air, scenting a rogue as well as Vixenpaw's scent.

He hurried towards where he scented them, bristling when he saw the ginger rogue. "What do you think you're doing?" He growled, standing next to Vixenpaw.

Tom jumped as he heard angry voices. He was reluctant to bring out his claws, but at least somewhat happy to be able to talk to someone that wasn't him... or a rock he named Pebble. "H-Hello! I was just... Sorry." The mouse was already gone, meaning he had no other reason to be on this clan's territory. "I'm Tom... You are?" He took a step forward, attempting at a smile.

kestrelstrike immediately noticed her tone, she really wasn't feeling all that great. he wasnt good at comforting so he immediately began to feel uncomfortable but he hid this easily. "well if you need anyone to talk to i'll be here to listen." he said this in an even tone, trying to be cheerful. even though he doubted it sounded like it. "mine has been utterly average. nothing exciting has happened quite yet." he said with a twitch of his whiskers. he surveyed the camp around ravenpelt, a habit of making sure everything was fine and nothing was going wrong.

finchpaw nodded, "yeah that sounds great!" she said already padding towards the camp entrance. however before she exited the camp she glanced around, wondering if any other apprentices were going to train, or if they had already left.

Puddlestar tilts his muzzle upwars, noticing the poisition of the sun. "All cats able to clib their own mountains gather beneath the Pineroots for a clan meeting!" There was a gathering tonight, and he needed to announce who would be going. I'll take all the mentors and their apprentices. That should work.

Cootrunner stands, stretching, then pads out of the warrior den to the clearing. She sits under the Pineroots, her black tail curling over her ebony paws as a yawn emerges from her jaws. She blinks the sleep out of her eyes, then looks up at Puddlestar.

Pinepaw leaps in place in impatience. "Puddlestar is calling a meeting! What if it's about a gathering? What if we get to go?!" She chatters excitedly. The apprentice jumps at a loud bird call, then continues her mews. "Hurry up Greywing, we don't want to be late!!"

Echopaw started stoppning going and listened to any sounds, Walking slowly to the direction he heard a sound, Entering the camp he sat down and walked towards Eveningleaf "Sorry about being late" He meowed and sat down.

Greywing glanced around their surroundings. There isn't any crevices here, we can run. "Even though we're close, lets see how fast you can run," She mewed, flicking her tail. "If you make it into camp before I do, you get to choose what you learn first. If I make it into camp first, you can't whine about what I choose, even if its the hardest thing," She challenged, yellow eyes twinkling. She has reason to be excited, too. As she took in the bouncy apprentice, she felt a twinge of selfishness. And yet all I can think about is myself.
