do you ever use/create signatures to 'vent'?
ALTERNATIVELY,
does your mood affect your signature?
the only reason i ever really started making sigs was to vent and clear
my thoughts. it basically gave me something to do instead of doing bor-
ing school stuff :p my mood effects my sig a lot,
mainly being the better the mood im in, the better & more creative the
signature becomes.

So, I'm not exactly sure if this is where I should be posting this, but I've been looking to join a joint signature shop.
(ie: Signature shops that allow more than one coder)

My mood influences my signature making a lot, I tend to code more when I'm depressed or needing to vent and those signatures seem to come out more sad and creative (i.e.; my current signature)
So yeah I guess you could say that my mood greatly affects my signatures.

@maow; i like it! the left image looks super cool; i like the pattern of the background a lot and the overlay is very interesting! your quote is also easy to follow and i think the fonts go well together. i like how it all surrounds your bio, which is also short & to-the-point. i also like how youve kept the links in their own little area. the gifs you used are of good quality and i like how they dont take up too much space, so theyre pleasing to look at. the only thing id suggest is maybe pulling some red into other parts of the sig, since theres really only any in the left edit.

@ahsoka; yours doesnt fit too well on my screen. the █ are all a different size on my screen, so they stretch things out a bit. from what i can see, however, i really enjoy the images you chose. they all match well and look beautiful together! i really like black & purple together, and i dont see it done too often. the fonts for "shadow" and "light" go together nicely and i really like the contrast between them and how each is themed with the word.

ive seen some talk about joint shops for a while here & ive felt like being in one again. im looking for 1 or 2 people to open it with, hopefully around my level. you can view most of my signature examples here and here. please contact me if youre interested or need more info!

uh. well. i write novels - young adult & adult fiction. i was born in germany. and i seriously have a very unhealthy addiction to historical fiction/documentaries. i actually am better with literature than i am coding, but, oh well.

@gods Your signature is beautiful. The colour scheme is an incredible one which has some sort of mystic to it, which helps the errie aura pass over one when they see it. The coding is tight and it is lovely. The only downside is that it doesn't for for me. It is so tight it doesn't fit for firefox browsers.

Otherwise, it looks amazing. Excellent job!

My favortie thing is, finding the quote, theme and color scheme and seeing it come together. Least favorite thing is definitely when i have the whole thing pictured out in my head, but it just won't work when i'm coding it u_u

What's your favourite and least favourite part about coding:

i like anything and everything about coding but i especially love finding cool and inspirational quotes for my signatures so that i can motivate others through coding. i also tend to create my signatures/coding based on my mood, so yes, you could say that i vent by coding. my least favorite thing would have to be when i run into problems that i cannot solve, but that hasn't happened much thankfully.

yes. forever. every time. always. sometimes my signatures can be very sad, maybe very happy, maybe i'm reflecting on a movie or song that is stuck in my head, anything that i feel the need to reflect on, i put in my signatures. my favorite show, for example. i have been listening to the same trailer song over and over every day for at least an hour trying to find clues that will tell me where the show is going, and i am currently working on a signature to help me out with that.
