If I am not wrong, your VR is a list pet. It is the green-fronted Holly dog which is on tier 10 of the advent list. It is worth about 100C$ according to the C$ guide.

Hence, I believe the other user is looking to pay 110C$ for your VR and, and 1 2015 UC for each of your hamsters.

I would say that the hamsters part is a bit overpaying, as the usual rate for unknown rairty is a recent UC (3 months rule, usually).

With regards to the list pet part, most people do not trade their list pets for C$ as C$ usually won't get you back on the list. You might want to remove the C$ and the list pet if you do not have urgent need for the C$. This is just my personal opinion. Hope it helps.

By rarity, the Lion, sorbets and UR Ice cat would be about fair so you'd only be overpaying by the advents
If the advents were higher demand, like the Vixen, Hollyfox or any store pets then it could be considered near fair by demand depending on how you guys want to value the Bee
I think the Bee generally goes for fair trades or slight overpay, so a few higher demand pets wouldn't hurt on the quantity side

I value the Raven around a Green toxic, others a sorbet, so it'd be heavy underpay by those standards

This is very unfair for a raven dog, i've seen lots of trades offering purple toxic for raven dogs
the raven dog have a really good demand, and i believe that a september list and some very rares won't do it.

This trade is a little bit better, thoe i still think is unfair, has a said i've seen trades offering purple toxic for a raven dog, and the purple toxic is a main list.
also you have to keep in mind that the raven is a store pet, that means that he will not come back on december 18th.
