Firefur's whiskers twitch in amusement at her friend's clumsiness. She stands, leaving her half-eaten thrush on the ground as she pads to her friend. She dips her head, grabbing Cloudchaser's bird and unhooking the white shecats claws from it before placing it to the side. Firefur noses her friend's shoulder, and nudges her onto her paws. "Is Cloudchaser ok?" she purrs, amusement glittering in her limelike eyes.

His blue eyes look to the apprentice, then to the sky as the trees thinned out near the river. Is this really what Willowear would want for him? She raised him friendly, accepting and warm, even if it brough him a rogue and an apprentice by his side, it was better than being alone. "Yeah, you're right, I'll always keep my friends close." Bumping his nose against her cheek happily, knowing some cats would forgive him.

The she-cat was still heavily worried about what Cinder might say or do if rubbed the wrong way, so she just smiles faintly. "It's ok, it's late and you're probably a bit tired after all that fighting the other day. I only remember what other cats have told me, I guess I was lucky to be given that privilege." Knowing any cat over nine moons old knew more about her family than she did, which was sad to think about.

He trotted through the forest, his ears pricked and making sure he stayed downwind and undetected. He knew this was clan territory and he had to lay low if he wanted to get some food around here. Suddenly he heard two voices dangerously close to him. Looking in that way, he saw a warrior and what looked like an apprentice. After a second's thought, he decided that a small warrior and an inexperienced apprentice would be an easy target. He chuckled and headed towards the two, wanting to cause trouble and pick a fight.
