This is the school is made to have advanced studies for Vampires, it’s name is Chanclever Academy.

(Said Chance-level). It is a college for vampires, and no humans are allowed in twenty miles of the school. It is located on a hill, and there is a forest, and a town below them. There is also a field behind the school. This as you might have guessed is the town made up of vampires, Chanclever.

There are four kinds of vampires that you can be.

Pure Bloods: They are respected, and feared they have powers that are unique to them. This means, no pure blood has the same power. Pure bloods have a power, and an extra power, that isn’t powerful as their first. They were descendants from the first vampire, though history of the first vampire is sketchy. Pure Bloods are strong, and mostly resistant to Noble’s powers.

Nobles: They have one power, and they know it well. Sadly their powers have little effect on Pure Bloods. They are descendants from one pure blood, and a human. Some children of Nobles, might not be vampires, but they are banned from the town.

Ordinary Vampires: These vampires are the result of a Noble, and a human, or other ordinary vampires. They don’t have powers, but are still vampires. They usually take more effect from powers of the classes above them.

X-Human: They are humans bitten by purebloods, they go crazy, and try and get other’s blood. They are can only be killed by Nobles, or Pure Bloods. They are usually banned from most parts of town, and are locked in one large building. ((Please note, your Vampire may be killed if a Pure Blood, or Noble is around, and they commit a felony in front of them, this does mean your person can be killed but at the Rp’er permission only))

She is a good person at heart but she has sort of dark sense of humor, and dislikes who she is because of what she is. Lotus can be sarcastic sometimes and she can be inconsiderate. She gets stressed out, but stress doesn’t last for long. She is like a puzzle that nobody felt like solving. She is down to earth, and not really that scary once you get to know her, but few have tried. Because she stops growing, and freezes in looks, and strength when she turns 20, Lotus tries to grow, and learn as much as she can
History: She doesn’t like talking about her history, she was left at birth, and hasn’t found her parents. They were said to be murdered, but she didn’t know. Sometime after that, she grew up alone, and now, that makes it hard for he to fully trust others. She then went through school, and is attending Chanclevel College. She is stuck in that town for good. She tried to leave once, and it almost cost her life. Lotus believes that something won’t let her out of the city limits. She is searching to find out what that might be.

What Lotus doesn’t know is that her parents died placing a curse on her, so she couldn’t leave the city. She is the daughter of the founders of this town, and somewhere in the process, her name got changed from Chanclevel to Kyo.

Izaya has the appearance and expression of one who is extremely crafty and confident, an appearance which he surely lives up to. Like his younger twin sisters, he enjoys causing trouble; he claims to love humanity, and greatly enjoys putting people in miserable or chaotic situations in order to observe their reactions. He also has a thorough understanding of human behavior and tendencies, being able to determine people's thoughts and predict their reactions with high accuracy. Izaya is cunning, he's a very charming man but he's not that interested in women and women are not interested in him.
He has a very jolly personality, speaking informally with most people as if they are close friends and often using nicknames. Although Izaya enjoys conflict, often showing up wherever there is potential for one, he usually stays out of it, preferring to observe the fight instead of directly taking part in it. However, when provoked, he quickly puts his opponent in his place, simply proving his superiority without actually beating the other person. Therefore he is usually seen as the one starting fights, but hiding in the shadows instead of directly taking part. Izaya is extremely skilled in parkour and in using his flickblade.

History:
Izaya has always been feared. Even from a young age, his parents were very afraid of the young boy. He was tossed from relative to relative, as most couldn't stand to be around him for more than a year or two. When he was eventually found out to be a vampire, people feared him even more. No one wanted to keep him in their house. So, he learned to live on the streets and became very anti-social. When he was shoved into Vampire society, he became a new person. He's far more social, but still prefers to stay alone.
