what most people think a monster is---- someone who is different, something that isn't human , someone who looks different than the majority......

what i think monster a monster is----- someone who is actually doing something to hurt another person or take from that person.

can you see why i hate this word?

If you're giving a person/animal/artwork a genuine compliment by calling it/them "gorgeous", that's super nice of you. But if you drag it out, you start to sound more insincere.

I'm starting to not like the word wonderful. Only because every time I hear it now a days, it's in a sarcastic tone and it's slowly starting to lose that "great" feeling it has for most people.

Hideous.
Mostly because I have a really annoying cousin who used to go "Oh it's hideous!" for no apparent reason all the time. Luckily, he's gotten over it.

Boo-boo.
I have a thing about over-protective mothers (I'm not meaning to offend anyone) and this makes me think of some whiny little kid scratching himself on a thorn and freaking out, and the over-protective mother comes running to save her little angel with a Go Diego Go band aid.

Hubby.
I don't really hate but it just sounds really really bizarre to me.

Appropriate & Inappropriate.
For some reason these words have always irked me. I'm not really sure why.

On the opposite note, I really like the words: monosyllable, serendipity, alias, alibi, homicide (I don't know why, it just sounds so much cooler than murder), effervescent, viscous, anomaly, taciturn and evanescent. If you can't tell, I really like murder mysteries.

Everytime I hear that word it makes me so angry and I cannot tell you why even if I wanted to.
