Roukan blinked, his tail thumping lightly against the smooth-rock. He shrugged, before watching her- suddenly giving a cheeky grin. His grin broke into a pant, his ear flicking as he stared up at the bulbous clouds. He watched her come back, staring as blank as a. unwritten white peice of paper.

Ayame scoffed as she paced nervously, noticing his fatigue with a frown, before anger soon slipped its way into her many feelings. "No worries..!? How can I not worry when my mate is bleeding out!" The female soon cooled down, sighing. She watched as the blood fell, moving closer and nuzzling at his side, before searching the area with her orbs, trying to find something that may stop the bleeding. "Try and rest for now, okay..? I'll be back soon." She leaned up, licking at his cheek, lifting her head up and scenting for some moss, which would probably be easy to find, but then she'd have to soak it in water and bring it back to him. When she finally found the scent, she went rushing towards it, taking the moss in her mouth, and looking back at her pained mate, worry evident in her eyes.

The brute watched the female work, his tufted ear twitching slightly. He blinked, slightly awed by her skills. He nodded slightly, his head resting on his paws. "Thanks.." he began, his crystal-light optics flickering amungst the camp.

The fae came back after soaking the moss, stopping for a brief moment, realizing how awkward this would be, but she quickly shook that thought away, and thought about the pain that he was in, sighing. She stepped closer again, out of breath from all of the running, and she gently dabbed the moss on his cuts, the blood trickling down as she rinsed it off with the excess water from the moss. Dabbing the cut a few times, taking only a few minutes, examining the slash, dropping the moss on a rock, "..You should be okay now, soon.." She sighed, looking up at him, before taking a few steps back, and sitting down. He better be proud..

Ayame nodded, a small smile on her face, staying in the same spot, before nodding towards their den, "We should get back. You need to rest, now. It'll help with your energy." She made her way over to him again, nudging his leg, trying to get him to move, but she didn't want to raise his temper again, briefly enjoying his scent, looking up towards him, "But I can stay here with you.. if you can't walk, or if it hurts too much." The fae suggested, worry still plastered on her face, waiting for a response, or none.

The brute shook his head in response to her, acknowledging the lick, and nestling against her, sneezing a bit from her lavish scent. As a small laugh escaped his lips, his ears perked as he listened to the outside. Not being tired much, he just laid with her so she could keep warm, his mind wandering. He thought of his sister, a sigh coming out, then thought of the one she got paired with. He's not cheerful enough for her.. he's too blunt.. He's going to ruin her happiness. Northe then grumbled, the thoughts fleeing, snuggling his face into Eika's fur again.

Eika felt his head snuggled into her fur and a small smile spread across her lips. She closed her eyes and began thinking, what if Ayame didn't like her? She shook her head slightly and let out a sigh. She had always been the outcast, the weird one and no one seemed to like her because of that, or at least her family never liked her because of that.
