Just finished reading Anna and the Swallow Man, by Gavriel Savit. The inside cover says that the book is "destined to become a classic", and I have no doubt of the veracity of that claim. If you like history, beautifully crafted writing, subtle allegories, or if you're even a human being, I'm 99% sure you'll like this book. I'm already planning to add it to my shelf as soon as I can.
Next on the list, The Kill Order, by James Dashner.
