I'm actually surprised this turned out rare! I have never seen a normal monthly pet turn rare in these recent years. :)

i did not like this one so i swapped it for its common counterpart which i adore ;P go me.

there has been a monthly b wolf in 2013 (?) that turned rare, but i believe since that day we haven't had that case again.
demand went insane back then and i wouldn't be surprised if it would be even more insane with this dog, since it's line edited, pps and a dog.

But there's the rare black and blue eastern dragon too, it was a normal adopt last year.

if your refering to this one it was a tocken trade in that grew, i dont think that counts as regular.
