Ahh so I finally got around to making Indigo's personality,and with that I'd like to introduce Indigo Wren Lysander!
She is open for friendships!(also is allowed to be used in tryout but you MUST ask first!)

Indigo is was most people think of when someone mentions a blogger.She is constantly on her computer and owns countless blogs she's created,all dedicated to various things.She loves to mess with her hair and can often be seen twirling it around in her paws and brushing it.She very open minded and very out spoken,being the friend that will drag others into one of her little schemes.Which,in fact,is something she does a lot.Indi has the issue of throwing fits when she doesn't get her way,however she is extremely giving towards others and loyal.

I'm also searching for headcannon/art mate ships for her dad,Jethro Finn Lysander.
He of course,has used up his first slot for breedings.He has one left.Depending on how you feel about your Kalon having kids,because I'd like him to use his last slot,it may be best if they've used their first as well,though we can work out whatever you wish ;v;<3

Jethro is very calm and strong-willed.He works as a school teacher for elementary children and loves to study the planets.He can often get quite flustered and will very often have a confused smile and blush over his face.He comes from a wealthy family and is very well off,but doesn't like to talk about it because he doesn't want to be liked for his wealth.

Hey everyone! I'd like to start by apologizing for how long it's taking me to get adopt 100 posted. This week was my last week of class, as I'm graduating, so things were too hectic to get anything done. I'm here now, though, and am able to continue working on it, so keep an eye out!

Anyway, I'd like to make a few announcements and such regarding rules and other things! This is mostly just a reminder.

→ Kalon kits may not be in romantic relationships with adult Kalons.
→ Incestuous relationships are not allowed.
→ Kits do not count towards the one Kalon per week adoption limit. Kits won through adoption contests do count towards the one week limit.

I've changed the wording of the rule regarding kit-adult relationships to make it more absolute. I had worded it the way I did originally because, honestly, I can't stop you guys from shipping things offsite. For example, it's fine to ship something where the kit is just waiting to be grown but their character is of age, as long as it is offsite and in private. Technically, it would still be against the rules, but I am pointing out this loophole here because I don't want to inhibit people's fun, and I get that sometimes waiting for a growth when you already have an adult character in mind sucks, or maybe the Kalon on the adult lines is 17 and the kit is also 17 and hasn't been transferred yet. Many people have expressed that seeing any mention of a Kalon kit in a relationship with an adult Kalon is extremely uncomfortable. So, please, if you absolutely must ship something of this nature then keep it private until the kit is grown.

I feel so mean saying this, but this rule is really serious. If there is any more mention of adult x kit relationships strikes will be issued.

Additionally, kits can be in relationships with other kits, but cannot become official mates/breed until all involved kits are grown.

Also, since someone asked, I made the rule regarding kits and the one week cooldown clearer. Kits that are kept or gifted by the owners of the parent Kalon do not count towards the cooldown. Kits won through contests are treated as regular adopts, and do count for the cooldown.

Okay, enough stuffy negativity lol

Occasionally, if an artist feels that an entry for a Kalon that didn't win is deserving of recognition, they will award an honorable mention. If a user accumulates a specific number of honorable mentions, then they are eligible to trade them in for a custom Kalon. Honorable mentions are not to be given out too often. They are earned through one's effort put into adoption competitions.

5 hms - a custom with one common edit
10 hms - a custom with one uncommon edit
15 hms - a custom with one rare edit
20 hms - a custom with one rare edit and a choice of either one uncommon or one common edit

To receive your custom, you may ask any artist on staff who is available to make your custom. You may then provide a color palette, theme, desired markings, etc. Because the Kalon is custom, you are allowed to request that the artist edit aspects of the design that you are not happy with, but you cannot change them yourself.

I never officially posted about the honorable mention system here. Honorable mentions are given out when the artist judging a competition feels that a particular entry isn't quite enough for a runner up, but is good enough to be pointed out. Hms aren't given out for simpler contests, such as raffles or naming contests, but for contests with a bit more substance. As stated above, if you earn a certain number of hms you can get a custom! I want customs to be a bit more accessible to the community, so the other staff members and I came up with this. It should also be noted that any one person can only own three custom Kalons, btw.
